Morgan was very responsive and gave the exact detail of the home. Check in and check out, was quick and easy. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was thought of to make us feel at home, and the location was perfect. We were close to town, but at the same time felt like a true mountain get away. The grandkids loved being able to walk across the street to the pool. The pictures did not do it justice. Amazing taste in how gorgeously it has been decorated.

The place is amazing; just few details. One on them the poker table is loose and can cause an accident; and cleaning was good overall just some spider webs by the lights. Aside from that the place is amazing; the amenities are top notch and the view uffff breathtaking!

We always love a stay at the Innsbrook Village! We have never done it through an Airbnb but it did not disappoint and quit frankly was better than I could ask for! We never got to come last year because of the fires and then the flood that went right through the creek at the Innsbrook:( We knew ahead of time there was still some areas that were damaged and being worked on but it did not detour our continued family fun and togetherness that a stay at this townhome brought us! From both decks on this home we saw deer, elk and the infamous wild horses grazing in the middle of this par three golf course!!! So happy we found the most perfect home we've stayed at within Innsbrook in the last 20 years (and there are many great ones)! Thank you Brittany your home is beautiful and well updated ❤️

Wonderful home and location. It was also great for the kids to run around in the playground. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

It’s my first time in Ruidoso, New Mexico. I looked at a bunch of other homes. This one stood out, had two large sofas so you felt comfortable in the living room. All three bedrooms had an en suite, which was nice, but what makes this apart from all other rentals in this area was their location was higher in the Area. And the patio that’s the real star the views from inside and outside was private and peaceful. Opening the doors in the morning and in the evening to let the cool breeze in was ideal. I saw some reviews in regards to the drive up there. Don’t let that sway you. I think this place would be ideal in the spring and in the fall.

Check in was seamless. Chris and Bret were very helpful before we arrived. What a GREAT house spectacular views of the mountain and surrounding hills. Tons of kitchen and living space. Bedrooms were well appointed and super comfortable. Fireplace and hot tub were a perfect additions. Kitchen is stocked with every amenity necessary to make dinner for a large family. Location right near the strip made it easy to dine out when no one felt like cooking. Can’t wait to book again in the summer next time.

Was an amazing stay and the host was very gracious and communicative! The only negative I have is the location, the roads are very small and swervy and lots of deer and wild horses. Ended up getting a flat tire driving up to the location due to the road conditions. Other than that it was a great condo and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice and cozy place! Thanks again Shelly!

This home was ready and equipped for my family, so much space and beds to sleep everyone! We really enjoyed ourselves! Brittani was very quick on her responses and we really enjoyed her home! I highly recommend her home to anyone looking for a peaceful, spacious and beautiful home!

Quite place to stay. Deer in our front yard every morning. Elk eating from the trees. Great covered porch to sit on with lots of room and listen to the rain. Very clean and comfy home. Small fenced in back yard. Host very responsive.

This by far was one of the most fabulous homes we have rented. The price point for what was offered in this town was beyond reasonable. The home was immaculate and such a fun space for a family. The amenities and marketing before and during our stay was superb. Communication with the host was by far the best experience i have ever had renting a home.

This is one of those places you don’t want to tell everybody about so you can keep it all to yourself! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is as comfortable as it is gorgeous - I slept better there than at my own house. It’s just like the pictures, with beautiful decor and spacious rooms, and everything was spotless. Kitchen is awesome with nice dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc. Outside, the deck was wonderful. (One note is that if you’re a senior like me, the only access to the house is up several stairs.) We’ve booked with Kylie often, and she was as responsive as ever. Thanks for a great stay!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious, with multiple bedrooms that comfortably accommodated 6 families. One of the highlights was the playroom it was perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. We were in town for a softball tournament, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient just minutes away from the fields, which was a huge plus. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, which made everyone feel even more at home. Waking up to the sight of deer grazing in the grass was such a peaceful and beautiful way to start the day. The hot tub and jet tubs were a dream after long days at the tournament. Jessica was an amazing host every time we reached out, she responded almost instantly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Loved this place! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house is exactly as advertised. Very spacious and well stocked. I will definitely stay again!
