Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower cabin.

A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Stylishly furnished apartments or studios for 2 to 4 people each. The bright apartment of approx. 36 m² on the 2nd floor has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom facing the garden and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.
