If you love adventure, this is the place for fire, roast meat, safe parking. Quiet place, in the caresses of the city center.

The location was close to the main road so it was easy to get out and go see the sights. The house was so spacious and fitted everyone perfectly. We loved the kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay. And Maria was so kind and very responsive

We had a great time staying here. It was the perfect midpoint to visit Hun Nal Ye and Semuc Champey. The house is a few minutes from downtown Coban and one of the main plazas. The house is beautiful and the property was nice and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the interior details and decor were on point. The electric gate and getting into and out of the house was super easy. You are surrounded by mountains so the sunrises are amazing. We brought our dogs with us and they loved it here. The one thing to keep in mind is that the road to the neighborhood and property is not paved. There is a steep part of the road that had our SUV tires sliding (nothing major) when leaving the neighborhood. We loved Erick's house and hope to come back one day.

It is one of the most beautiful country houses I have had the pleasure of staying in. The estate where the property is located has a small lagoon. Check-in is accessible. You can enter with sedan without a problem. The house is very well equipped. Communication with the owner was very good and smooth from the start. The property is ideal to enjoy a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the capital! I 100% recommend it I hope to return soon
