The house is located on an island without a land connection, a boat for crossing is included in the rental price (metal boat with easy-to-handle electric motor and oars). Boat dock and parking space are located at Aspvik's jetty, about 300 meters by water from the house.

Come and stay in our cozy pool house in scenic Älta, Nacka! Separate house of 25 sqm located on our property. The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the permit. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which is 100 m from the house (sandy beach & jetties). Kayaks are available to rent by the lake. 100 meters to grocery store & buses to central Stockholm (max. 25 minutes) A cozy pool house with sauna, kitchen, lakes nearby & 25 minutes to Stockholm

In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
