Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

I had a great stay at Katie and Tom. The room was nice and clean. Check-in with key in lockbox was very helpful as I arrived at 2 am. Location was convenient and I could reach all my destinations by walking.

Diane and Shane were very welcoming and friendly. Good directions to local food shops and takeaways. Good privacy, own bathroom, excellent wide screen tv with Sky, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommended!

Sian was very welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Everything was as it said it would be and homely. Would recommend to anyone. Incredibly reasonable and worth every penny and more.
