very good stay in the village of Allos. accommodation as described. Discreet host but present if you need it. easy to access, in the middle of shops including the bakery 20m away, but quiet. the first resort, Les seignus 5 minutes by car. On the other hand, more ski lifts to get there. In short, a nice place for a quiet stay in the mountains.

By the time you step into Julia house you have that warm feeling to be back to your family house. Not perfect, but cozy and authentic 🥰 The house has plenty of rooms and different spaces! We enjoyed all these different spaces available, from the veranda to the amazing indoor playground. The courtyard is lacking a bit of green but being a townhouse in the middle of the village that is perfectly normal and you have the village right outside :) Cereste is not overly touristic, which is great, and it offers all the basic shops plus a few cafes and restaurants. Every thing you need is within a few minutes walk from the house.

We enjoyed the stay in Puimoisson very much. The house has an incredible charm. The two terraces are great. We spent many hours on the verandas and looked at the magnificent views. The village is ideal if you are looking for some peace. A trip to the sea (Port Pin, between Cassis and Marseille) clouded the holiday experience a bit, as our car broke out there and our photo equipment was stolen. Finally, we enjoyed bathing in the nearby lake (Lac de Sainte-Croix) much better than in the sea. Ideally located to visit the Verdon Gorge. Mustiers Stainte-Marie is also not far away and a must if you are in the region.

Absolutely spectacular village, surroundings & townhouse. We are Australians travelling in the off season - Feb 2025. Our hosts were so friendly & responsive. This part of holiday was a dream come true . It encapsulates every French movie & article you have watched /read/absorbed. Being February there were not many restaurants open but we were ready to cook for ourselves after weeks on the road in hotels. The village supermarket was reasonable & Riez was 10 min drive for fresh bakery items. We can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Castellane during the very clear ‘off season.’ This mountain village is cozy & visiting during the winter may not be for everyone, but it was just what we were looking for. We were not disappointed, in fact probably more accurately described, pleasantly surprised. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, love mountains, are interested in mountain exploring, small villages worth visiting are in the area, & Castellane made a good ‘ base’ to explore these things. If you think you would enjoy the experience of staying in a village apartment house in this mountain village then this will suite you well. Thank you Marina, we enjoyed our stay during January 2025!

The stay is in a nice place in a quiet village and easy to reach because of the good explanation of Chrystelle. Beautiful surroundings and plenty to visit and do. Despite the lesser days, we had a good time in the Airbnb in terms of weather.

Marie is very responsive to messages. The apartment matches the listing. Very quiet neighborhood, no noise. Village center 80m away. 15 minutes from Sisteron.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation for 12 people in the heart of the village. For access to the stations, only one shuttle in the morning to La Foux d 'Allos and one in the evening, so car needed.

Very nice little house in the old center of Guillestre. Somewhere to have a good time.

Fabulous authentic apartment in a quiet hilltop village. Perfectly positioned for exploring the Luberon and surrounding villages. Immaculately clean with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. Christian was the perfect host, easy to communicate with, lots of local advice and recommendations and he went out of his way to make our stay was enjoyable including a fantastic welcome basket of gourmet items. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at Cathy's. Nice house nestled in the heart of the charming village of Saint Martin, peaceful, with nice panoramic view on the 2nd floor. The house is well equipped, very clean. Charming village, possibility of hiking from the village. Cathy was pleasant, welcoming and flexible. We would highly recommend it!

We only spent a short time at Marie José's place, but everything was there for our comfort. Very welcoming and a very nice view from the accommodation.

We had a lovely one night stay at Cecile's place in the beautiful village of Dauphin. We will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation in Helen's vacation home! Helen responds quickly and provides detailed information in advance so that everything works smoothly! The house is stylishly furnished, the view from the panoramic window in the living room and from the roof terrace is spectacular! The kitchen is perfectly furnished with everything you need! The fact that the parking lot is not directly at the house is not a problem, you can walk there in a minute and park there relaxed. In front of the front door you can still stop briefly for loading and unloading. The garage is also very practical, in which you cannot park a car, but safely accommodate everything else, e.g. bicycles. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach a small bakery and a butcher, and a small supermarket in the village is open seven days a week. The Café des Arte restaurant is highly recommended. The excursion tips that Helen gave us before our arrival were also very helpful!
