What an amazing place! Ioannis has thought about everything you could ever need and it is there!! Every thing was immaculate, beautiful white linen, beach towels, the best kitchen ever. Ioannis very thoughtfully had provided large bottles of water and fresh fruit in the fridge which I thought was wonderful. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted so quickly, thank you Ioannis! We have been to many Airb&bs and this was the best. So near the sea and fantastic restaurants, i miss the wonderful food! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay

I spent 5 nights here with my mother and 10 year old daughter, and I have not one negative comment…the house is better than pictures! The beautiful gardens give it a feel like being in a movie, and there is beautiful beach literally a few steps outside the house. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We rented a car, but if you plan to just relax and stay close by, you don’t need one. There is also a bus that you jump on to take you to Old Chania. This place is perfect for families with young and older children. And it’s so comfortable you will not want to leave. Natalia, is so kind and sweet, and is near by should you need anything.

Michalis and her family (we had the pleasure of meeting her sister and nephew) are very welcoming and available. They were very responsive to all our requests (a great help in talking with the rental agency when our vehicle broke down!!). The accommodation carefully decorated by Michalis is very pleasant, perfectly clean and very well-equipped, with high quality elements. We also had some great tips for visiting Chania (walkable in 20-25 min, with children and 12 years old) and its surroundings. Accustomed to Airbnb listings, this is surely the best rental we've had! If we were to come back to Chania, we would take over this place without hesitation!

Stella was always helpful, promptly giving excellent advice when asked. The apartment is right in the heart of the old Venetian port area - there is a buzz around the place, with plenty of opportunity to watch street life. As for the apartment itself: impeccably clean: a great use of the limited space: quirky loft bed with its sturdy, smooth, wooden steps: the turning marble stairway, leading down to the hallway: its two balconies, giving a view of two streets: equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay: tastefully, simply and thoughtfully furnished and decorated.

Manolis' house is superb, everything matches the photos perfectly. It's a peaceful place where you want to stay for a long time. Manolis is also a very responsive and very well organized host. I highly recommend it!!

Aggeliki and her father have been very helpful during the whole stay. there is a nice Restaurant named Sterna Chrisi Akti (1.3km distance) that is really worth visiting. great traditionell food and a very nice team. i recommend the rabbit highly !

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

The place Was magic we have a private access to the sea and the view was astonishing. The place had all you need and Eleni was Very kind

This place was perfect for two travellers given the exceptional location and beautiful water front. Owners were very helpful and responsive to our needs. The bus service was right across the apartment which was very convenient! Breakfast was included at the restaurant across the street which was also a great addition to the trip. The only downside was the few ants found in the bathroom, other than that, this place was great and we would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our choice of this ground floor apartment. It had everything we needed (as listed). Maria, Nancy’s mum lives in the same building and was always at hand to help and advise. She made our stay special. Fruit, bottled water and juice was left as a welcome gift and she brought a delicious meal around for us one evening. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from a picturesque beach and harbour with many restaurants. We liked this area better than any other we visited although Chania Old Port and town is delightful and a 15 minute walk along the seafront. The bus station is a 10 minute walk away. There is a mini market, bakery, butcher, fishmonger and vegetable shop just around the corner which is very convenient. Thanks Maria for your kindness and generosity.

The location was great and the room was clean. Eleni is great host as well .She was very friendly and I strongly recommend this room.

We absolutely loved this place. We love the location. There was lots of action happening all around us along with lots to do, yet the apartment itself was very quiet, very clean, very cozy. Silver/Sylvia was absolutely so eager to help us and make sure our visit was absolutely fantastic that it made everything so so much better. We loved everything about being in Chania,.

I had a wonderful 12 day stay at the apartment. The location is great - just a few meters from the beach and still 15 minutes to the old town. Checking in with a key box and description was super easy. The host was always extremely responsive. And I mean really fast- I never waited more than a few minutes for a response. He helped me with all the questions and concerns and even lent me an umbrella and got me a yoga mat for my time. Really very helpful and always on site! The apartment is cozy. The bed is very comfortable (I always think that's important!). The sofa is a bit saggy - but it didn't bother me. The kitchen is quite well equipped. There is a real stove, toaster, kettle and microwave (which I didn't use). The balcony is large and you have sun in the morning until early afternoon. There is also a washing machine on the 2nd balcony!

Chrysa's apartment was absolutely perfect! It is spotlessly clean, very large, centrally located and very close to the old town / city centre, while still being quiet and having a car spot (not possibly in the old town itself). Two balconies on either side of the apartment with beautiful views. It has a full kitchen, airconditioning etc and Chrysa kindly set up a baby high chair and baby cot for us - the apartment even had some baby toys for us. Chrysa went absolutely over and beyond - providing us excellent local tips for dining out and activities in Hania, and then even tips for what to do in the rest of Crete afterwards. We loved all the restaurants she recommended. The very best Greek hospitality. I recommend her place highly and would absolutely love to be able to stay here again in future. My family and I spent 6 days in Chania, our stay was very pleasant and comfy. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a good holiday. The location is great, only a 5’ walk from the bus station and 15’ to the old harbour. There are plenty of coffee shops, bakeries (you must try their bougatsa), supermarkets, and shops nearby. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift from the 1st floor, although you still have to take the stairs to reach the lift. Keep this in mind when bringing luggage or if you're travelling with elderly people (wasn’t a problem for me, even though I’m 8 months pregnant, and for my in-laws). Parking can be tricky if you want to leave your car on the street, but there are some private parking a few blocks away, which I think is a more sensible option if you are renting a car and don't want any surprises. Overall, we enjoyed Sofia’s place and highly recommend it if you want to have a great time in Chania

lovely place, in perfect condition woth all the amenities. Super well located, in front of the beach and other facilities ad well as the taxi pick up point with which you can easily go visit the old town, overall highly reccomend

The apartment is wonderful. Great location to old town and the beach. The hosts have thought of everything someone would need for a stay in Chania with family. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. Would highly recommend if coming with a large family/multiple families or large group.

PERFECT Very well located accommodation with unobstructed views of the port. Everything is within walking distance, we will probably come back next year. Thank you for everything
