Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.
