For a perfect lakefront getaway, look no further than our home away from home on Rushford Lake. Featuring a private dock for fishing and swimming, kayak/canoe, large back yard & spacious upper deck to sit and watch the sunset. NOTE: Rushford Lake is drawn down approx. 40 ft. each fall/winter. Beginning the first week of October through early May (maybe earlier), the water is down (no swimming, boating, etc.) However, fall is a beautiful time on the lake & we've even seen folks out ice fishing!

This is 40. Cuba Lake cottage with unbeatable views and direct lake access. Make wonderful family memories year round in this classic home. Built as a simple fishing and summer vacation space, it's been updated to serve today's families with comfortable bedding and furniture, LED dimmable lighting with USB ports throughout , a brand new dishwasher and a 55" smart TV. Three good sized bedrooms and a brand new pull out sofa bed mean that the whole family can enjoy this cozy cottage on the lake.

Stay in a very unique original log cabin on Rushford Lake. Built in 1939 by Sanford Hubbard as originally 1 of 30 Arts & Crafts cabins on the lake. The cabin has been lovingly restored, and will be a very unique experience. Keep in mind this is a cabin, so there are some “rustic” qualities. This cabin is lake front, with new stairs leading down to the shoreline and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your use. This is a great place to make family memories!

The house is situated on the north shore of Cuba Lake. Summer activities include fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. In the winter enjoy ice fishing, access to snowmobile trails, x-country skiing. Minutes from Seneca casino, 30 minutes to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville and Letchworth state park. The town has many stores and restaurants. Wonderful lake access for both summer and winter fun!
