Small guest house with lake view

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Suitable for those who want to stay overnight for a night or two instead of booking a hotel room. Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also accommodates a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

Bright little loft, Now with portable AC for really hot days! Private toilet, shower and kitchenette in an older house in Haga. Quiet, pleasant area only minutes walk from central station and city center. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. Bed 140×200 cm, sofa bed 120×200 cm. Possibility of washing machine for longer stays. Tea and instant coffee included. An independent place to stay with self check-in. Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!

Located in quiet Haga, a stone's throw from classic Gamlia with nice ski trails in winter and undulating walking or running trails in the summer. 15-20 minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes drive to the airport. Grocery store 5 minutes away and several restaurants nearby. A separate bedroom, as well as a sleeping alcove in the living room.
