The apartment has a hall with wardrobes, living room and sleeping alcove. Kitchenette with hob oven and fridge/freezer. En-suite bathroom with shower toilet and bathtub. Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes walk to Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and quiet accommodation.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Suitable for those who want to stay overnight for a night or two instead of booking a hotel room. Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Hi, we're a family renting out a farm/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to the airport and bus stop.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)
