About 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to the Öland bridge. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Please bring shower towel and own bed linen! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.
