Gillsättra is an old, charming row house village. In the middle of the island, close to everything. 6 km to the nearest beach. 11 km to the popular Bjärbybadet on the east side and 12 km to Färjestaden. Many nice opportunities for walking. In the countryside, there are flies, roosters that crow, the smell of coal, and work being done on the farm. Smaller dogs are welcome; larger dogs will be too crowded in the small apartment.

Cottage on our property, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 6 sleeping places, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. About 4 km to the beach. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping centers, restaurants and a large ICA store are located. 4 km to Ölandsbron. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring a bath towel and your own bed linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of SEK 800!

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.
