Vacation rentals with lake access in Alfredo Wagner

We went in a group of 7 friends to spend the new year at the house and it was very nice. Very beautiful space, we impressans much with the beauty and comfort of the place. The first night there was a bonfire at the inn and the hosts called us to participate. Walking further into the grounds has a balance with a beautiful view for guests to use. On one of the days we lit the fireplace and it was a very tasty moment. Communication with hosts has been very easy, always helping us with our questions. The pool space is delicious, we have a lot of fun.

Well-structured house prepared to welcome guests in the best way. The location is wonderful, high on the mountain and surrounded by native forest. Despite being quite cold, windy and humid outside (it's quite overcast), the house manages to maintain a pleasant internal temperature. As described in the listing, to get to the house you need to go through a journey of approximately 10 km of dirt road with many climbs, starting from BR-282. On drier days, some lower cars may have difficulties due to the boulders and irregularities of the track; for rainy days, I recommend a car with 4x4 traction. As a host, Adriana was very helpful and proactive, providing information in advance and responding quickly to our questions. So, I recommend the house for those who want a period of rest in the midst of nature, as was our goal.

Perfect house for a couple, had everything we needed, house close to the center, impeccable cleaning, all very good. Thank Marcelo for the receptivity and partnership with us. With eyes closed, we like everything very much.

The experience we had at the house was indescribable! We were made to feel very welcome by Emerson and Andreia, we had an amazing time! The house is perfect, clean, smells good, well-equipped, super cozy! Emerson and Andréia provided us with a beautiful sunset! And not to mention the wonderful homemade bread they gave us for breakfast! We will definitely return ! Thanks for everything!

Very good stay and away from everything! Great to relax, though, I do not recommend doing something that needs to use the internet (says there is wifi but the signal is lousy and unstable) Now, for a good weekend enjoying nature is great

Our stay was with family, everything was very good, the space is really nice for bringing people together. It has many hiking options and attractions to discover, the experience was very worthwhile, it will be memorable.

We stayed in the house during the holiday and it was a wonderful experience! The house is extremely welcoming and we realize the care of the hosts in every detail designed to provide comfort to the guests. The kitchen is super complete and equipped, with everything we need to cook with practicality. The cleaning was impeccable and the smell in the house was very nice, the showers are great, the mattresses are super comfortable and the view around the house is beautiful — not to mention the river that passes at the back of the property, which makes the environment even more special and peaceful. The access is easy and the location is great, close to the Taquaras district. We're very fond of communicating with your Hosts, your smooth, well-organized check-in and checkout. We recommend for sure and we hope to go back!

This hut is a true haven of tranquility and comfort. Located in a stunning natural setting, it provides a unique connection to nature. The location is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, with a panoramic view of the mountains and surrounding forest. The creek next to the hut provides an extremely relaxing moment with the gentle sound of the water.

One of the few places in the Serra where you can gather the family in a single environment, and most importantly, with great comfort. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms, with everything of top quality. Easy location, quiet and safe. A pleasant surprise.

The space is sensational! The house is gorgeous and super well located, close to the center of Urubici and to the various attractions that the city offers. The place is super quiet, great to rest! I will definitely host again.

The interior space is surprising. Very cozy. The location is reasonable, but nothing that compromises the experience. It was a great cost-benefit.

We were very well received from the beginning to the departure, the space is very good, everything is just right, it has what you need, the shower is great. It's worth what was paid, too bad there's a lot of noise from the other guests, walking around screaming etc. as well as the neighborhood, dogs, etc. If you have heavy sleep, you can go without fear, otherwise rethink. Even so, I say it's a great cost-benefit.

The house was a pleasant surprise for me and my family. The beauty of the view is better in person than in the photos. The host was helpful and gave all the necessary instructions. The only way to get there is by 4x4 car, which adds a dose of adventure to the trip. The place has heaters and a wood stove (with firewood available), so you don't need to be afraid of the cold. I highly recommend it!

Staying at Casa Linda was perfect, from the quality of the bed, table, bath, warm shower for the cold days, 4 suites that met our needs, the mattress I asked for extra for a child was left tidy, well-kept garden, the swing that is in the highest place is strategic, it's as if we had a sunset for our family! It was perfect, I'll be back as soon as possible!! Thank you

Sítio Vô Quirino is extremely cozy and impeccable. Clean, organized and thought out in the smallest details, for adults and children. The host is extremely attentive and the place is very well maintained and very clean. We had an excellent stay, with plenty of contact with nature and lots of comfort. This is a place we intend to return to!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped, clean and the place is beautiful! We were very well received with a table set with homemade bread, cake and jam. It was a great experience, we'll be back more often.

We had a great weekend, among friends, at Gustavo's beautiful house. Everything is of great quality, extremely clean, spacious and with all the amenities you would expect. Gustavo's service and the staff he assigned were also top notch. We hope to come back other times with the families.
