Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Ranch with 2000m2 (land) with pool and spa, as well as a kiosk with barbecue. Family atmosphere. Available for families and couples with children. We do not rent to groups of single friends. Holding up to 8 people! It has 03 air-conditioned suites, two with double and single beds and the last one only with double bed; 3 bathrooms, living room with double height and bathroom. Kitchen and lunch room.

Place in a rural area privileged by nature, facing the furnas dam. located 20 minutes from the city center of alfenas. the road to the place is dirt, towards the village of Gaspar Lopes and Furnas Ferry, as references. Quiet, safe and quiet place. great for welcoming families with children and small pets are allowed. The big news is that now the place offers a swimming pool for adults and children in a place with a beautiful view of the dam.

Beautiful weekend home in Fama, 4 bedrooms being 2 in the edicle and 2 in the main house Rental for family, no excess noise is allowed because the house is well located in the condominium lake blue (respect the neighbors) Air conditioning, pool, terrace overlooking the dam, shower, bathroom, sink with closet, minibar and horizontal freezer, all for the comfort of your stay!! Two blocks from the dam, you can walk! Garage for 2 cars!

I really liked the place, it felt like home! Ceila always very attentive to everything I needed, the very complete house and the very large space made us enjoy it a lot.

The condominium is very quiet and the house is excellent, very comfortable. Our family was able to enjoy a lot! The host was very kind and solicitous, responded quickly and clearly. Would recommend! We'll be back more often.
