Appx 800 sf, Side A is charming and beautifully furnished for two guests, with a living room, gorgeous king bedroom, full bath w claw foot tub, and well-appointed kitchenette w mini ref-freezer, microwave, smart oven, kitchen utensils and serving pieces. The sunroom, great for board games and leads to an outdoor area with a small fire pit (weather and law permitting). Two entrances allows for two totally private rentals in the home by sharing a main wall with doors that lock from both sides.

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

Enjoy bream fishing off the dock , bbqing under the covered patio, standing by one of 2 outdoor fire pits cooking s’mores with the kids or just watching the flames roll. This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .
