Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Alcona County

We have stayed here several times because it is so clean. Gale is very easy to work with!

We were seven men and this place more than accommodating dinner table was big enough for all barbecue is very nice. Size showers were very nice both of them. The ADA toilet height was handicap accessible all around places very very nice. We’re going to rent it again next year if possible very satisfied.

Super comfortable, great location on the lake, well stocked. Tracey was great to communicate with.

Barb’s place was beautiful! I wish we didn’t have to leave! The decor inside and outside made the home feel so cozy! So many things provided from cook ware to beach toys. The sunrise/beach view is unbeatable, I mean WOW! Both mornings I woke up before 7 to walk the short path to the private beach and see the sunrise and it was breath taking! We barbecued and made a bonfire. What a memorable experience with my family visiting from California! Would love to go back again! Thanks Barb!

This was a fabulous place to stay with my family. They really thought of most things you would need to be comfortable while staying in their home. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, so it was easy to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of games, kids books, and toys for entertainment. Josh was very friendly and accommodating.

We needed a night to stay for a possible business adventure. The home was clean, cozy and just as Ann explained. We would definitely stay again. It was a perfect place for us.

The home and property was so peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed for our family reunion. Certain areas could use some maintenance or a deep clean but that is totally overshadowed with everything else the property has to offer. We’ve already booked for next year and are excited ti he coming back a second time.

Arrived a bit before check in. Cleaning lady was still there, but let us know when she was finished. The house was as expected with a beautiful view of the lake, lots of water floats to use on the water, surrounding area was very peaceful. Only issue was the steps and handrail on the waterfront porch was in need of repair. Had a fantastic time, and would definitely stay there again. Owner was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Great area for lake life. We came up during the winter for a family emergency, check in was easy and quick. Kenneth was proactive in reaching out with instructions. House was clean and organized. The movie selection is fantastic. Location is great for the beach.

Renae was very attentive and made sure we had an enjoyable stay at their cabin, the location was great and the cabin was explained exactly how it was to a T.

Pros- Stunning views from the living area to the lake. Plenty of sandy beach front with all the rocks you would ever want in the water. Impressively clean and beds were made like you were at a 5 star resort. Kim has raised the bar for being a host with Airbnb!! Kim is a 5 star host and thought of everything to make our stay like it was our home. Cons- I don’t have anything negative to say regarding the host, the cabin, the cleanliness, and the location. Kim mentioned this is not baby or child proof; the only concern I would have if I brought little ones would be the outside. There are steep steps down to the beach. Every house in this area has just as many steps down from the house to the beach. Plenty of beach area once you are there, just keep in mind if you pick up rocks, you will have to carry those up the steps.

I love this place. The only thing I dislike is how uncomfortable the beds are. I would recommend bringing a topper so you can save your back from aches and pains after a couple days. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities you could need. Lake is gorgeous and James, the host is a gem of a human b

We really enjoyed our stay! It was nice to have easy access to firewood, firepit, the beach and all of the beach toys. Really friendly and accommodating owners. The house is a comfortable, cozy old cabin. Quirky but charming and the location was great. We could see straight to the beach and loved only being a quick walk from the water. Definitely recommend!

My Wife and I stayed in cabin 3 with Unique Stays and really enjoyed ourselves. The cabin is right on the beach with absolute beautiful views of Lake Huron. Although we were here in the winter, the gorgeous sunrises made it all worth while. The cabin was rustic but well kept and clean. The beds were very comfortable and warm which made for a pleasant, relaxing stay. Our host, Sage, was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cabin for a small family but might be a little tight for a larger group. There was only one couch to sit on and no dinning table to eat off of. Making it all work and spending time with family or friends is part of the fun and charm!

It’s hard to put into words how perfect this cabin was for my uncle and I. We’ve been coming up to this area for over 20 years and this cabin was by far and away the best place we’ve ever stayed. Travis made it feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. The cabin was very clean and updated with a view out the living room that has to be seen to believe. We will definitely be back next year.
