Haus Schwarz is located in the forest settlement on the outskirts of Savognin. The local ski bus stops about 100 m down the valley. From the terrace and living room you can enjoy the view of the mountains. 2 double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. From the living room with fireplace, you can also access the children's room with bunk beds, the shower room with toilet and the kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen, you can reach the Heidi room with a double bed via the ladder. From the entrance you can reach the 2nd shower bath with toilet.

Historic farmhouse

The 500-year-old farmhouse of my grandfather has been gently renovated with an eye for detail. The house is in the core zone of Latsch, which belongs to the inventory of protected locations. In Latsch, a part of the two Heidifilms was also shot. Latsch is located on a sun terrace and also has plenty of sun in winter and invites you to walks and hikes.

Our cozy little chalet Landwasser has a compact kitchen with a dining area and a bright living room with sofa and table for relaxing moments. One room is equipped with a 180x200 double bed, the other is equipped with a loft bed. The third room with a bed is located on the upper floor and is accessible by a steep staircase.
