Cabin vacation rentals in Alberta

We visited the area for the World Field Archery Championship. This cabin was well stocked with everything that we needed. Coming back to this cozy little spot and building a fire was the perfect end to our day. Justin communicated promptly. We would highly recommend this cabin.

I was so happy to stay at Andrea’s cabin. The host was extremely friendly and, knowing we were coming all the way from Calgary, she even recommended some great nearby spots before we arrived. The cabin is full of stylish design—which I really loved—and everything was kept neat and tidy. The only minor issue was that one of the room doors couldn’t be completely closed, but overall it was perfect. Although we encountered a small hiccup during our stay, the host was proactive and genuinely cared about resolving the issue for us. We’re looking forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy this lovely cabin and go kayaking! Thank you for hosting us so nice !

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and charm. This cozy cabin is more than just a place to stay; it's a thoughtfully curated escape on a truly beautiful property. The host, Marielle, clearly has an eye for detail and a genuine desire to create a perfect getaway for their guests. Every corner of the cabin felt considered. We particularly appreciated the games and the local suggestions. It's these small touches that elevate a stay from good to exceptional. The cabin itself was exactly as described, if not even more inviting in person. It was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent and considerate. Will definitely be back.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Comfortable sized rooms and beds, very clean and spacious given the size of the cabin. We felt at home. We highly recommend this place.

We had the most amazing weekend at Janine and Gord’s place. The location was breathtaking and the cabin was very comfortable. The extra touches made the weekend very special - an early morning canoe was a perfect start to the day, and it was fun using the sauna before dunking in the lake! It was lovely to chat to Janine and Gord and would highly recommend this place!

Loved the cabin! Made me feel like I was back in the Colorado mountains. The view from the deck was incredible. There’s a beaver lodge down at the river, so you hear the little guy munching away; with some binoculars, we were able to see him swimming around which was super cool! Would definitely stay again. If you like a firm bed, choose the bedroom by the living room. Soft bed lovers, choose the one by the bathroom. Bring slippers as the floor is tile. For those curious, the cabin is about 2 hours from Banff proper.

What a wonderful stay at the Eagle’s Nest! It’s peaceful and serene and the view is worth the cost alone. It’s exactly as advertised - we will definitely be back. Thanks to Leigh and Brad for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a birthday weekend and we absolutely loved it. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. The bed were the best! We enjoyed snowshoeing and hangout indoors. Would love to visit again in the summer season.

I stay at a lot of Airbnb's and always try to find unique and memorable spots. Just when I think I've found the best hidden gems a place like Shaun's comes along and blows the bar way out of the water. Every touch and detail was thought out with care. The surroundings speak for themselves but the space Shaun has created is outstanding. And Shaun himself is so friendly and hospitable, was able to borrow some milk for my coffee in the morning and he had it over in a flash. The cabin itself was quaint but clean and functional with much of the focus being on the large private deck. All the shared spaces have everything you need and create a great way to mingle with other guests. I got to have a chat with a very nice man who was visiting on a fishing trip and was cooking his catch of the day on the fire, he then later brought me a plate of my own, what a special experience. By far my favourite Airbnb to date. Will always make a point to stay here when I can. 10/10

Thank you so much for the fantastic space for our family to kick back and enjoy! Even with the gondola being down in kicking horse at the moment, we are glad we never changed our plans and kept our great reservation at the Smiley Wolf! The beds and space is very comfortable and the photos don’t even do as much justice as the actual place! Thanks again Ben and Vera!!

We loved our stay, would not hesitate to be back!

Nice clean, private, peaceful place to stay.Everything was exactly as stated in the add.Provided towels, linens, plates, soaps and some condiments/spices that I forgot. They had firewood available for us to use as well. Awesome place to stay highly recommend to anyone looking to unplug !!

Amazing unit, was quite surprised by how well developed, clean, and designed the unit and campus grounds were. Initially we didn’t have hot water but it is because it wasn’t turned on (this needs to be turned on by a module next to thermostat). Overall amazing stay and super friendly host

This was a great place for a group! Super clean and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table a lot. It is a little bit out of town but not too bad to drive into Golden and easy access to Rogers Pass for ski touring. Would stay again!

Where do I begin!? This cabin was a perfect private getaway for our 5 year wedding anniversary! It has the most beautiful view and it’s so private and cozy. Evan provided us with everything we needed to know and MORE! He was always checking in on us during our week long stay. We were very happy with our choice and we hope to come back soon and see the area in the summer!

This cabin was the perfect little space for a girls trip away! We felt right at home & felt like it had everything we needed & more! We really appreciated the extra effort for making our dog feel welcomed too. Recommend this spot for a cozy & relaxing getaway!

Staying at Kim’s cabin was an excellent experience! Accommodations were spotless, peaceful and had everything we could possibly need. The surrounding area is breathtaking with adventure right at our doorstep. I highly recommend living your best life at Kim’s Cabin!

Lovely stay to recharge

10/10 recommendation “The Ruby”. Lovely little house with everything you need—Netflix, French press with fresh beans, big fridge, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, cut wood for the fire pit, and nice lighting throughout. I didn’t travel with small children, but you could easily stay here if you did—a crib, baby utensils, toys, and even baby shampoo! Ruby is clean and well cared for, and I felt right at home. Added bonus: this place has *the* best reading chair I have ever sat in! Expect to lose hours in that seat.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Cheryl’s place was better than what it looked on the listing. Clean, welcoming, and beautiful place. Few things to know: - this place is REALLY pet friendly. Most Airbnb call themselves pet friendly but then have so many rules which go against enjoying your stay with your fur babies. That place is made to enjoy your stay with your family AND your pets. - there is a beautiful beach access which comes with the place, with beach furniture and more… LOVELY - the backyard is fully fenced, and beautiful. - the scenery is stunning, there is a gazebo close to the place, on top of a hill, which is such a great spot for sun rises and sun sets. - we met Marc in the backyard, he was cool, friendly and welcoming. I could go on for hours but I think it says it all, if you’re thinking about booking this place, go ahead, you won’t regret it.

It is a great venue. We had great family time. We love the place and we want to visit again in future.
