Rumbo was a great host who went out of his way to help us out and give us local recommendations. The property itself was beautiful and very clean - we had a great time and left very relaxed. The pool is great and we made lots of use of the table tennis table, sauna, gym and jacuzzi. Overall, we had a fantastic time in a beautiful villa complete with numerous amenities. We cannot wait to come back.

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

Very nice and quiet place.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

Nice place to stay, separate kitchen, good for family.

Everything was great. He picked us up at the airport for some money, then showed us the area and showed us around by car. Accommodation is 1 to 1 as shown in the pictures, mega cozy and you feel right at home. There were four of us in this apartment and there was enough room for us. The sofa bed was cozy and not uncomfortable, as you usually know it from sofa beds. Air conditioning works very well. Location is also good, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and thus also to the party mile. The path can be a bit long after a long night but it is really doable and the path is also quite pleasant. A small supermarket is located directly 3 minutes by foot next to the apartment. Kitchen in the apartment is also well equipped, everything works. The apartment complex is also well maintained and the pool was pleasant too. No bother other people from the other apartments Everything really relaxed and pleasant. A recommendation from us!

We had a long trip to Varna due to a problem at the border and even if she had a strict policy, she offered to help us with a plus day. We could not stay another but we really appreciated the intention. Alexander was very responsiveand tried to help us with all that he could (info about closest and best beach, best shopping places, where to eat) Place really clean and good wifi, AC works just fine. Nice and clean around the place, quiet and very close to the beach! We'll sure be there again, next year!

Absolutely amazing Villa. Beautiful views. Never been in a place so fully equipped!! Every amenity you could think of!! Beautiful pool that got the sun all day. Gyulver and her partner were amazing hosts, so welcoming and kind. Would recommend to anyone and go back in a heartbeat!!

Genoveva's apartment is truly amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it to other guests! The view is out of this world and extremely calming! The apartment is much more beautiful than the pictures! The beach is within reach and the town of Kavarna is very nice. The surrounding wild beaches are within 30-40 min drive and one can use Genoveva's apt as a home-base to explore the entire northeast coast. I LOVED Genoveva’s apt and will ALWAYS stay there when in the area and when looking for a place to relax and get inspired! THANK YOU, Genoveva and family for making us feel welcomed and part of your family! We will be back 😊😊😊!!! PS needless to say, the apt is super clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and there is even a trampoline, children’s playground, and barbecue in the yard…HIGHLY RECOMMEND for families, couples, singles, and anyone who enjoys nature, peace, and quiet!

Very spacious and very clean villa. The swimming pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance to get to Varna, you have to prioritize local taxis. Thierry is very available if needed, he responds quickly.

Wonderful stay, excellent host and sparkling clean cottage! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Romantika. It is a cozy cottage that is equipped with all comforts. The decor is stylish and cozy, and the facilities were ample for our stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet and nice neighborhood, ideal for relaxation. What we especially noticed was how incredibly clean the cottage was. We have never had such a clean B&B, everything was taken care of to the last detail. This made our stay extra enjoyable. Next to this, we would like to thank the host for her warm welcome and helpfulness. She was always ready for us, responded quickly to questions and gave us excellent tips for the area. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. In short, Villa Romantika is absolutely recommended for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and carefree stay near Varna. We will definitely come back!

It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. Ekaterina came to meet us upon arrival at a lovely gated complex. Free parking, was easy. Lovely touches from water to wine! Tea/coffee to biscuits. The whole apartment was sparkling clean, modern and so pretty. Exactly as pictures. The apartment had all utensils you would need for cooking a full meal. Nothing was forgotten, nice touches everywhere. Dishwasher to washing machine if required. Lots of tv channels. The view was amazing! Balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom. Private beach at complex and swimming pool. Including a restaurant on site, nice atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea. Our host gave great information regarding what to do for the whole family in the area. Thank you Ekaterina for sharing your apartment with us. 3 of us shared the apartment. Myself my mother and my 3 year old daughter. We just shared the double bed but also sofa bed in the living room so plenty of room for 4 people. Don’t think just book!!

My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay in Balchik. The studio was exactly what we needed: cosy, well equipped, clean, close to the Palace and the Botanic Garden, restaurants not far away, nice walk to the beach. It has 24-h security. We used the pool as well. The air conditioning was a plus. The only thing that was a bit unusual was the bathroom drain: we had to make sure water didn't make it out of the bathroom into the hallway. The surroundings are beautiful. Balchik and Tatiana's studio are worth trying. Thank you, Tatiana!

Our second visit at this great apartment and we loved it even more! I do recommend it. Communication with Thomas is smooth and simple. Great host! The terrace of the place is the place I will choose if given a choice where to spend my summers!

Great location of the apartment. A 15-minute walk to the sea, the complex has an excellent swimming pool and a shower with thermal water. The terrace is very conveniently located away from noise.

Anna is a very nice and helpful host, was always easily accessible and could quickly help with all matters and questions. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Apart from the apartment there was a pool and a barbeque place, a terrace on the roof of the building was open for all guests, from there it was possible to see amazing panoramic view of Balchik. Vendi was very helpful and communication was excellent. I would reccomend this place for everyone. The only minus is that the sea is about 15 minutes walk.
