Our location is fantastic! From here, walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, everything! We have ample parking, too. We ask guests to keep in mind that this is an older home, last remodeled in 1969! Please consider this when booking, while staying, & when reviewing. While the location can't be beat, expect to be staying in an older home if you choose our place. We were a group of 9, 3 couples and 3 babies under the age of 2. Molly’s place was great for all of us to space out and the backyard scenery was gorgeous. The home was stocked with everything you could ask for in a kitchen and more. Would definitely consider staying here again if we make another trip up here!

Amazing home, walking distance from Dock Square. Perfect spot for Prelude and quick drive to beaches. Three separate seating areas, one of which is sunroom. Very cozy. The bedrooms feel like home. Interiors are well thought out and authentic New England. We’re obsessed.

Ashlee s cottage is truly adorable! She has everything you need and more. The yard was perfect for us traveling with dogs, they seemed right at home immediately. She was very responsive to our text messages immediately and extremely helpful. The pellet stove was a wonderful source of heat and made for a nice ambiance. We bought wood for the fireplace but since it's not a working fireplace, Ashlee left a note so we were able to get a permit to have a fire in the little firepit outside. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen was well stocked and she even left us a little note with a sweet treat 🍷. We would definitely return!

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

A wonderful place to stay for a fall weekend getaway! Sonia was an absolute pleasure to speak with, she was so helpful with any questions we had. She made the trip smooth and easy. The house was a perfect location for all our adventures planned. Everything was 10 mins or less drive to get to and Downtown was even a short distance walk for restaurants. The house was spacious for 6 adults, 3 small children and even a few dogs. Would definitely book again! We even made the mistake of leaving our fur baby’s crate at the house and Sonia was nice enough to have it shipped back to us. We are so thankful..She is an angel! Highly recommend for a memorable vacation. Book without any hesitations :)

From the very beginning Tamara was a responsive host and provided clear instructions and lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The house was as described and we loved staying here. The house was clean and spacious and perfect as a home base for our outings and to relax with our family. We had movie and game nights, made s’mores using the fire pit, and our two dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. Highly recommend staying here and Tamara as a host.
