Oxford Horse Ranch

The Palmer House is located on the historic Oxford Horse Ranch that was established in 1887. The old log house is remodeled in a Victorian style. Luxurious accommodations nestled outside of town on a 3,600 acre privately owned, working cattle ranch. Come enjoy the ranch life style viewing cattle, horses, and the 150 foot barn. This is your "license to chill" - relax in our totally remodeled, sunny, cozy, and private apartment located within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, downtown Laramie, and Civic Center (Gryphon Theater). We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. I provide coffee, tea, sugar, flour, spices and eggs if my chickens are generous! Additional BR available upon request.

Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

The Art Loft

The art loft is one of the most beautiful spaces in Laramie. It is full of light and space. Designed as a passive solar apartment it is cool in the summer and warm and sunny in the winter. The furnishings are kept tastefully minimal to set off the feel of space but also to draw attention to the artwork. Both the hosts are Proffessional artists and have welcomed a chance to share their work and the work of others. There is never enough wall space!
