Luxury Apartment Lake View

I'm just starting with two "negative" things. 1) Pellets are needed for the stove, as it is more comfortable for the client and more romantic, (but not really necessary for heating). 2) A larger hot water tank is needed for the bathtub, as hot water is used up quickly. Now we are talking about the benefits of the environment. ☺️ It was a luxurious, cozy apartment, with ample space and comfort. The apartment was a romantic place, where the lights and the bathtub with hot water had a great effect. The bed was king size, spacious and comfortable, heating with a large central air conditioner that was sufficient for heating the environment. (The stove is needed more for romance). It was a very clean environment and everything was shiny. I highly recommend this place and if you want to spend a nice night, choose it. Shaida was also always ready to answer any questions we had. (I would suggest that you welcome guests with something, maybe a small bottle of wine and some snacks) See u Agai

Edona’s place is officially my go-to spot whenever I’m in Tirana. I absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the surrounding nature—there’s truly nothing like it in the city. While Tirana can be hectic and loud, this apartment by the lake offers a serene escape while still being within walking distance to essentials. That said, it might not be ideal for everyone. If you’re looking to dive into Tirana’s nightlife, and enjoy the vibe of a very vibrant city, more busy areas close to the center are better for you. As here, likely you need taxis since the house is a bit remote as it is inside the lake area, and there’s a short walk to reach a taxi. Still, the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Despite not being the most accessible location, I’d definitely choose it again for the tranquility it offers.

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 weeks, and that was made even better by Tedi’s mom, who is one of the kindest and most hospitable host(s)– since she kind of takes care of the flat, that we’ve had. But also Tedi replied fast whenever we had a question or needed something. Regarding the flat, the kitchen is quite ok for general cooking, the flat was clean and it is sort of stylish, it kind of feels like a real home rather than an airbnb. The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes walk from the lake. Although it is located on one of the most central streets, it was usually very peaceful. The internet is generally ok for work around 25mbps, but in the mornings and evenings it was sometimes unstable especially for video calls. The heater is quite good, but on the few days with minus and snow, it reached it’s limit a bit, especially in the bedroom. Overall the experience and flat were very positive, great host(s) and location. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended !

What a beautiful place to stay with great views of the lake! Shiroka is full of cozy restaurants and you are also in Shkodër in no time (we had a rental car). Everything is clean, neat and spacious. Barize is very nice and welcoming. She made great breakfast dishes for us. Highly recommended to stay here!

Its one of the most beautiful houses. You have a garage and then once you go in, there’s a spacious living room that is well designed with large windows overlooking the lake and a big balcony and well equipped kitchen. Sometimes we really didnt want to leave the house. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is clean, well equipped with everything you need. Esiana always communicates well & clearly enjoys hosting. As it’s winter, it can be dark & cold but there are two AC’s. Lots of extra blankets & towels provided. Location is great, lots of cafes, supermarkets, affordable places to eat, lifetime gym is new & has day passes for €7. Walking distance to the main square.

Beautiful experience! The property is located just outside the historic center of Skutari, so you can get around easily. Great location as a base to visit the many attractions of the surroundings (sea, mountains, lake...) Very well-kept apartment in every detail, with private elevator and direct access to the floor, peculiarity that transmits security and tranquility. We had great advice about both the areas to visit and for the restaurants in the area that we tried with great satisfaction 🤤 Friendly and helpful hosts for any eventuality. We were also able to use electric bikes for a nice ride on the lakefront. Northern Albania is so charming. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for everything.

We quite enjoyed our stay at this apartment. the location is excellent, and very accessible. The host, Egnisa, was very helpful and answered all of our queries in a short time. Apartment was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with all necessary tools. Closely is lake where you can walk or run. Great restaurant in neighborhood is Spicy. Everything was great, but I must especially emphasize the host. Ilirjada is pleasant, helpful, a flexible young lady with good interpersonal skills and knowledge of English. One of the best hosts ever.

Irena’ s place was great! I told her I would be bringing my husband and two small children so she offered for us to stay at her other Airbnb so that we would have a lot more space for the kids. She was a phenomenal host and was very very responsive. When she couldn’t be there for us she had her neighbor help us out asap. She even took time out of her day to have lunch with all of us at one of her recommended spots then took our kids out for ice cream afterwards.
