Both Rafael and Patricia were always empathetic to our needs and were on the lookout for us to have all the facilities. They are very attentive people and they supported us a lot in knowing how to move in the area. The apartment is very well located and close with access to skiing.

a fully equipped duplex, the residence is very nice and clean, the house has even toys so my niece enjoy the stay as much as we did, the only thing we could not enjoy was the gym because there was an inconvenience with the keys. The arrival and departure is very simple. Communication and very good attention. We would like to repeat.

Ignacio is definitely a superhost!! Easygoing, very communicative, quick responsive and attentive. Even though we could not meet him, it was so obvious that he truly cares, and he makes all the necessary to make you have the best experience possible. He even borrowed us a couple of bicycles, as we were travelling with no car. The apartment is decorated exactly as shown in the pictures, and it has all the gadgets needed for a long stay. Also a good WiFi made remote working smoothly. The only thing that was not as expected was the terrace. It does not look the same as in the picture (probably a pic from some time ago), and we were expecting to access it directly from the apartment. But that was on us, because in the pics is to be seen that it is located on the roof of the building. Nevertheless, we spent most of the free time on the swimming pool area, which was really nice and enjoyable :) And the gym was also an awesome “nice to have”, since you will surely love the food and the tapas in the nearby restaurants. The village is located wonderfully, near the mountains, the city of Granada, the beach and many other sightseeing spots. By car you will be in almost no time everywhere. We went by bus and, although for us it was ok, you should now that the connections are not so frequent as you may expect, but the village is well connected with Granada city and Motril. And, in any case, in Vélez you will have all you need for a quite, enjoyable relaxing stay: several restaurants, ice cream shop, supermarket, fruit shop, hairdresser, etc. But do not expect any shopping area, though you have two dollar stores to cover your main needs.

Both Andrea and her daughter are charming, always willing to help and very thoughtful, make the stay very pleasant, we will definitely be back. The house is perfect for spending a few days skiing. They allow animals that are essential to me. The apartment is the same as the pictures and has a garage. Guillermo is super attentive.

Nika's flat is in a perfect location, easy to walk to everything. My room was cosy and she gave great recommendations about the local area. I will be back!

Location was perfect! Literally walking distance from the train station (easy walk even with the luggage and a baby stroller). There is also a large park, two supermarkets and restaurants around the building. We didn’t have to travel far for all the basic amenities. Even attractions were also very near. Buses that go to the Albaicín and Alhambra, or you could walk. Some of the days during our stay, the roads were closed due to Holy Week, however we could still walk conveniently to the Alcaiceria with no fuss. The apartment itself has everything you need for a stay even more than just a few days. The kitchen has enough pots, pans, plates and utensils to do the cooking. The host was there to welcome us for the checkin and explained everything. Additionally with small touches around the house that really made the stay really lovely - such as a hair dryer for both rooms, drying rack for laundry, guide books about granada/spain and things for a shower.

Julian’s house is great and has everything you would need for your stay ,it’s close to shops and bars and a walk away from the main square ,The roof terrace has spectacular views of the town .Julian was very helpful to answer any questions we had and I would highly recommend this house if you are visiting the fabulous Competa.

We had a great stay here! The place was big and tidy with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The area is amazing, we went on a lot of hikes! The hosts are really nice. Would definitly recommend.

A nice house with plenty of space for 4 adults on a ski trip. The place was clean and well equipped, with a good view over the ski area. A short walk to the chair lift taking you down to the gondola station. You can also buy ski passes and rent equipment there, very convenient.

We really liked the accommodation and especially the very large property. Everything on the property is designed with a lot of love for detail and you will find little surprises everywhere. It almost feels like a small festival, as there's something to explore everywhere. Lina is very nice and the oranges, which were ready when we arrived and can be found everywhere on the property, taste great. We only found the bed not so comfortable (it is very soft) , but we could overlook it because we liked the rest so much has.

We had a very special day with Jairo and Paula. We celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday there and this day will be unforgettable. The property is very pretty and crazy at the same time. The castle-like house, dinosaurs, and mosaic art everywhere are simply unique. The pool is an absolute highlight. Thanks for everything!

Viajamos 2 families with children and the experience was incredible. There are many details for children to entertain, movie projector, games, mini golf, a basket. Very good communication with the center of Granada a few minutes away by car or bus.
