It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

The top 2 acres are laid out in tropical garden setting with the other 3 acres set out with native Darwin plants visited by lots of native animals and birds. Chill out by the pool, marvel at the local wildlife, enjoy amazing sunsets. The place is only 2 minutes to local supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 15 minutes to Darwin CBD. The bathroom is a shared facility. Pets please check with us first before booking.

Self-contained, ultra-modern guesthouse with pool

Our modern, fully self-contained, one-bedroom guesthouse is the perfect place to explore Darwin and its surrounds. It's one of the few Airbnbs around with a pool (but it's very hot in Darwin, so we may need to use it occasionally too). It’s 1-bedroom but we have two foldout single beds that can accommodate an extra child or two. It's the bottom floor of our elevated home, but is completely separate with its own entrance. You may hear the odd footstep above, but we do our best to tiptoe.
