Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

I can only recommend this place clean, super functional and tastefully decorated. It is very well located close to the Vatican City in a quiet alley. So, we were able to visit everything on foot as we wanted: the Chateau St Ange, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Circus Maximus, the Via del Corso .... And of course, the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and (on other occasions because we were there the week of the pope's death) St Peter's Cathedral (visit replaced by the magnificent Cathedral Ste Marie Majeure). And if you don't like walking, there are a lot of bus lines nearby. Finally, there are a plethora of highly rated restaurants nearby. In short, I am delighted to have chosen Laura and Lorenzo's place for this stay in this breathtaking city of beauty.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet, you only hear the birds chirping and the river flowing. The house is very private and is on an olive grove, so you are surrounded by greenery here. Monica is a wonderful woman, who has made her wonderful dream come true here in this beautiful place. She goes out of her way for her guests. By car, you can reach all kinds of beautiful places in nature or at nice small villages/towns nearby. The park Maiella is nearby and has beautiful walks through the mountains and along the river Orta. In the village a few kilometers away is a large supermarket and several restaurants can be found at a short distance. This place is recommended if you want to discover this region!

A huge thank you to Maria for her warm welcome. We booked the accommodation the day before for the next day and arrived in this charming little house, impeccably clean, comfortable, with a private parking space. She also provided us with valuable tips to get to the center of Rome easily and hassle-free. We will remember this property to recommend it to our loved ones but also to come back! Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

The accommodation is located in a small, very quiet subdivision, close to everything we needed. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for this stay. I would highly recommend

The house met our expectations. Cozy, quiet and airy with a beautiful view of the sea. We went with a 7-month-old child and it was perfect for our needs, allowing us to enjoy the patio during the hottest hours and then go down to the sea in the late night. Wide availability of beaches nearby. Giorgia provided us with a cot. Host is very quick to respond to every question and need.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.
