We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet, you only hear the birds chirping and the river flowing. The house is very private and is on an olive grove, so you are surrounded by greenery here. Monica is a wonderful woman, who has made her wonderful dream come true here in this beautiful place. She goes out of her way for her guests. By car, you can reach all kinds of beautiful places in nature or at nice small villages/towns nearby. The park Maiella is nearby and has beautiful walks through the mountains and along the river Orta. In the village a few kilometers away is a large supermarket and several restaurants can be found at a short distance. This place is recommended if you want to discover this region!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We hope to return as soon as possible, thanks again for everything. 🤍

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Had a very nice vacation, Micaela's place is just perfect ! Very close to the sea, private and quiet. Torvaianica is nicely connected with many local restaurants and different activities. Visit Rome, definitely! Micaela is an angel and you should be happy to meet her. She gives very good advice and knows her way around very well. Every question would be answered very quickly and she is very nice and friendly. NO MATTER what time. She was a great help to us. If we come back to Italy, we'll definitely stay with Micaela! This is an amazing location and a really beautiful place. We had a family of six stay at the beutiful villa and we all we so happy with the choice. The property actually looks better in person. Marco the host was very easy to deal with. He's a great communicator and is always available to answer questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this at a 12. Highly recommended.

Stay of two for 12 days. Host available, friendly, quick, and punctual in my responses, especially when I had a number of issues with my credit card when confirming your reservation. He and the person who welcomed us deserve 10 praises. Apartment near the beach and amenities, quiet, airy. Covered parking spot, although uncomfortable both in and out, made the difference under August when finding a place on the street is impossible. I really appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, the equipped terrace, where you can eat and see the sea, and be able to bring my dog with me. The house was clean. Improvement insights: - another set of keys, with only one and with a broken intercom who was in the house was forced to go down to open the door (half broken!), even the entrance door to the apartment did not make me rest easy. - In the towels equipment I would also provide a shower towel and not only face and guest.
