My husband and I stayed with our children aged 11 months and 3.5 years, where the tranquility, security and comfort reigned. We love the accommodation and above all the good attentions of Rafael for what we need in his time, having 2 children we wanted to make sure they were safe in the apartment. This apartment has everything and the best thing is to be able to go to the balcony and see the beautiful view. We were looking for restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the viewpoint, and we had underground parking. I must point out that the tower staff is friendly and respectful, we loved it! We liked the security of this tower very much. Definitavemente Rafael is an excellent host and next time we wish to stay in his properties. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy!

Very friendly and responsive host. This place is very homey and cozy. I recommend this place its in a great location and walkable to all places. Very clean and the pool and deck area nice and private.

This two bedroom two full bath is modernized, well decorated. Brand new mattress and linen. I slept comfortably each night. All rooms has its own AC, Smart TV, and office desk area. Plenty of towels, soap, and hot water. Also lots of bodegas steps away for quick convience. Or 4 mins walk to the Downtown mall. There a Supermarket, restaurants, banks and ATMS there. Really good location. No ocean view. However the home itself is beautifully furnished with all appliances and necessities. Well worth the stay

Estefany is the best as a host, always attentive and very kind, since I stayed with her the first time I felt very comfortable and I can't get to the Dominican Republic without contacting her for accommodation. Super comfortable, clean and safe spaces, I recommend it without a doubt

As super hosts, we highly appreciated the quality of Etienne's apartment: is spotless and very well-equipped, with nothing missing! It is at the best location in the colonial city, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the sites of interest within walking distance; at the same time, it's VERY quiet for sleeping. We’ll definitely stay here on every visit to Santo Domingo. Como super hosts, apreciamos altamente la calidad del apartamento de Etienne: es impecable y está muy bien equipado, no falta nada! EXCELLENT!! I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. From the moment I checked in, I felt right at home. The apartment was immaculately clean, private, and secure. The host and the team was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything, when the washing machine had problems they even offered to do my laundry for free while waiting for the machine to start operating normal again. Highly recommend!
