We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful apartment. The photos don’t do it justice - Mayelin’s amazing breakfast with the light coming through the stained glass were so special! Travelling with kids, it was so nice to be able to feel part of what’s going on in the square after they went to bed. Worth noting that on Friday and Saturday festivities in Plaza Vieja went into the early hours, but was much quieter on other nights and we felt it was well worth it for the beautiful location.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at this apartment! Raul and his family were so nice and welcoming and went out of their way to give us advice on where to go and what to do. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a great location with a nice view. Breakfast was amazing and the best meal of each day! Visiting Cuba was a great experience overall, with the best part being the people. They are so nice and friendly, it was amazing! I highly recommend a visit to Havana, and a stay at this apartment!

La verdad muy bueno todo algunos inconvenientes de luz y agua mínimos que no estaba en las manos de los anfitriones, No había wifi en el apartamento por temas internos en donde David y Carolina resolvieron con un chip y celular como Rauter resolvieron al 100 deberás que si regresaría y súper recomendando todos los días preguntaban por la estadía y cambiaron toallas todo muy bien felicidades

We LOVED the I-house! It worked perfectly for 3 couples as we each had our own little apt. Then the wonderful patio... We had all our meals there. And the garden was also lovely We loved the street sounds outside our door, the nearby market where we got our produce daily, treats from the food stand at the market and sampled guarapo ( watched it being made). Apt is close to the Malaçon for sunset walks, La Rampa for nightlife and restaurants. We walked to Old town as well and often got light meals at neighbourhood cafés. Don’t miss the FAC and the Playa de l’Este was a pleasant day trip for some sand and surf Niurka the housekeeper lives upstairs and is super helpful. She makes great breakfasts too. We only did that once and otherwise made our own meals. Kitchen is quite well equipped Everything you need is nearby. Just don’t be shy to shop locally, eat locally, hail cabs, walk and you will have an authentic Havana experience Highly recommend the I-house. We would go back again for sure.

Although the contact for this house is Manuel, the house itself is owned and run by Ina and her family. Ina provided outstanding service and couldn't do enough to help us. She even got up to serve us coffee and a light breakfast at 2am before we head off to the airport! What's more, is she is a fantastic cook and I highly recommend trying her lunches and breakfasts which are extremely tasty and very substantial. Communication is quite easy even if you don't speak Spanish as Ina has quite a passable level of English and her son is quite fluent. If I am ever back in Havana again I would search out Ina for her warm hospitality, efficient and high level service and her clean and comfortable house. Thanks again Ina!!

Ich hatte einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Es gibt einen sehr großen Garten mit einem tollen Pool, der jeden Tag von Yodelvis Bruder gesäubert wird. Yodelvis kümmert sich vor Ort um alles was man benötigt, zum Beispiel Geld tauschen, oder wenn man ein Taxi benötigt, wird alles schnell erledigt. Der schöne Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, dort gibt es Getränke, die man einkaufen kann und mehrere schöne Restaurants. Empfehlen kann ich die Cafeteria Mirazul, sehr leckeres und preiswertes Essen und die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, hier ist man sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We had a great stay at Carlos & Nene's apartment. The hosts were super nice and gave us a lot of tips which were fitting us perfectly. We were in Havana for New Years eve and Nene gave us a tip with the perfect location to go to for us. The hosts are super helpful/supportive on anything you can think of. Breakfast is freshly made in the kitchen of the apartment, nothing was missing and the chats with her are funny, its been the perfect start into the day. When we're back in Havana, we'll definitely book this apartment again.
