I recently stayed at this charming Villa hosted by one most hospitable hosts I've ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients that really set the tone for the day. The location was perfect - nestled in a beautiful, tranquil village surrounded by nature, it was the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. What really stood out to me was how the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Not only did they provide excellent recommendations for nearby tourist attractions, but they also took the time to connect us with locals who could assist us with our travel needs. From arranging transportation to suggesting places to eat, they truly went the extra mile to make our experience unforgettable. This is the place to stay in Luxor if you’re seeking a spiritual, authentic and connected experience. Tjoni connects you with artists, healers, and a grounded conscious community supporting local crafts, education, and the environment. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe—thanks to her guidance, care, and deep knowledge of Egypt. The home is stunning, built on the site of a former queen’s lake, with energetically powerful water to drink and bathe in. It’s a space of creative clarity, inspiration, and transformation. Community events (dance, sound healing, meditation) were deeply moving. The design is magical, the energy palpable, and the location perfect—very close to the main West Bank temples. Tjoni is a true visionary with a huge heart. I’m so grateful to her and wouldn’t hesitate to join her future retreats or recommend this sacred space.

Mohamed is a great host and gave us simple and quick check-in and check-out instructions. He provided options for us to book transportation, meals at his place and activities such as a balloon experience. He is very responsible and nice. His apartment met all our requirements. It is quite big and has a lot of light. We slept very well there. The apartment isn’t located in the city centre but it is close to the majority of the important temples on the west-side (check in Google Maps “Malkata House” as the apartment is located nearby). For us the location wasn’t a bit issue because anyway in Egypt you need to move with taxi (even if you are in the city centre there are many sites not in the city centre). Actually, I have to say the location was quite positive in the way that was quiet and peaceful, far from the noise of the city centre. I would fully recommend this apartment to have a pleasant stay in Luxor. If I come back to Luxor, Mohamed’s apartment will be definitely my option again

Very nice villa with good location. Bidwin is very halpful and friendly and we got good friends. He helped us with the trips and we got always food from him. He also gave us his motorcycle which we used to go to the ruins like King Valley or Hatsepsut temple. All in all very happy with this Airbnb.

Great value for money, and the room is very clean. When we first arrived, the host's nephew came directly to help us with our luggage. The host was very friendly. We had a hot air balloon at 4 in the morning, and the host woke up with us to open the door. When the hot air balloon came back, we could eat hot noodles. The next morning, we had to catch the airport, and they brought us breakfast. Highly recommended!And the kitten at the door is really cute, and it doesn't bite or scratch people, it's super well-behaved!

Mohamed was incredibly kind and attentive. We felt very comfortable during our stay at this Airbnb. The place is spotless and features two spacious bedrooms. If you’re looking for a more relaxed version of Luxor then the West Bank and Yasser’s hotel is the place for you. Yasser and his host skills are what made our 10 day stay in Luxor so memorable. He’s happy to arrange all your tours and transportation and he’ll give you budget options too. He’ll make great suggestions of when to see something or maybe to do an activity you weren’t thinking about. We were lucky enough to have ample time to see the main sites of Luxor but also have time for local egyptian life and Yasser invited us to his family home for a meal, to a local festival and many more authentic experiences. We are so grateful for his kindness. The flat is big and spacious. The kitchen needs a few more pieces of equipment to be able to cook a meal but I was able to make small lunches and snacks for the kids in it at least. The rooftop pool, loungers, billiards table and ping pong table were great to stay busy after a long day touring. Food was amazing as well.

We are sad we could only stay one night, it was very peaceful, surrounded by green. The house has everything you may need, there's a garden outside where you can sit and a balcony to see outside. Daniel and his wife were very welcoming, he gave us a lot of tips for the remaining part of the trip. We arranged with him a very good tour to the Luxor and Karnak temples that ended up with a boat across the Nile and a tuktuk that brought us to their house. Recommended for a very peaceful stay.

Me and my family love this place. we came from an ARBNB in Cairo, and there was a big difference. This place is such a magic place that is very peaceful, very quiet, and so beautiful we definitely come back one day in the future to stay with Mahmoud. I'llreally want to thank him because he helps with a lot of things that I need help with. The location is slightly hard to find, but it's quiet. The hygiene is also good and the value for money is very good. The landlord was very nice and communication was smooth. The room was a little cold and the landlord promptly had the housekeeper send an electric heater, although it didn't work well:)

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb for three days. The host Abdul was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or needs. Their hospitality truly made my trip more enjoyable and comfortable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Staying at Carter Guesthouse in Luxor was an absolutely wonderful experience. The host is truly amazing—so warm, kind, and attentive to every detail. The guesthouse is located close to all the major attractions in Luxor, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The building itself is new and beautiful, creating a comfortable and modern environment. It’s clear that the hosts have created a true family atmosphere, and they even have a car to help guests get wherever they need to go. The pricing is very fair for the quality

Abeer was an excellent host. It really made us feel right at home. At all times she was available in case of any questions or queries we need. The apartment is very well located and in a central area near the train, bus and temple station of Luxor. Equipped with air conditioning and fans that when you arrive make it feel very comfortable from the external heat. Spacious and comfortable. Really recommendable!!!

Ahmed and his family looked after us so well. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at his place. We loved our time there. Ahmed helped us with an itinerary in Luxor, booked things and was so helpful. He planned days taking in to account our preferences and energy levels! The accommodation was very comfortable, great beds and plenty of hot water. The pool was welcome in the heat and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would recommend Villa Bhari without hesitation. We were sad to leave. Thank you for hosting us.

Ashraf welcomed us, and everything was perfect! From check-in to check-out, Ashraf was there for us! The restaurant is very good, with a hearty breakfast! The room was as in the photos. Ashraf is accommodating, take time to talk with us about everything! Recommended +++ 10/10!!

The location of the house is very good, 900 meters to the ferry terminal for five minutes, there is a bank exchanged for foreign currency at the intersection, the host is very friendly, the communication is smooth, and the response is timely!The house is big, you can cook, take a bath, and the air conditioning is very powerful!Best prices!

My favourite air bnb in Egypt! I was so very welcomed by Khaled, Bastian and the rest of the family. It really warmed my heart. The place is super peaceful and I felt so safe and comfortable. In a week in Egypt, staying in Luxor was the only place I wasn't woken up by prayers. The west bank is very quiet and very close to various attractions.Mom's cooking is really delicious🤤, it's the best meal we've had, even better than the restaurant😋!The Host is also very welcoming. Overall, it's a very good experience.👍
