Perfect for a couple or a small family. The cottage is 32 m2, with a large terrace and a great view of Vestmannsvatn. The residence has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 and a flat-screen TV. On the porch, there is a simple hot tub and a large outdoor table with 6 chairs. Smoking is prohibited in the house. If you have a fishing license, you can fish in the lake. 27 km to Húsavík and 60 km to Akureyri.

Cosy cottage in the countryside

Hvoll is a farm with horses, sheep, 2 dogs and a cat. It is located in Þingeyjarsveit by road 854. It is a perfect location if you want to enjoy the countryside and visit some of the beautiful places in north Iceland, like: Lake Myvatn (30 km away), Húsavík (27 km away), Goðafoss waterfall (17 km away) and Dettifoss waterfall (68 km away). From the cottage there are 10 km to the town Húsavík (Whale watching center), 40 km to lake Mývatn, 35 km to the waterfall Goðafoss, 80 km to the waterfall Dettifoss and 70 km to Ásbyrgi.

Selá has six double rooms and shared bathrooms and shared kitchens with other guests. We can house up to 12 persons in these rooms in the old renovated stables plus 6 on the ground floor in the old house. Selá overlooks the village of Hauganes, to Dalvík is 12 km and Akureyri is 34 km. The scenery is magical and pure .
