A lovely, beautiful place with all amenities. The house literally stands on a mountain river, it is very picturesque. Literally a few seconds walk from the house you immediately get into the tourist movement with shops, cafes, etc. Within a minute's walk, the central park, the funicular to the mountain, etc. The house itself is large, it has 3 bedrooms quite large and the kitchen is a living room. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Plus there is a place to sit outside with a large table, swing and sofa. Also right by the river there is also a place with a gazebo, a grill, a children's swing and a hammock. There is plenty of space in general. The hostess Marina is responsive and friendly, told and showed everything, also provided a place for cars. highly recommended.

Margo's place was just fabulous! We stayed three nights (with my adult daughter and a friend), and the place truly felt like a home. Beautiful house in a fantastic location near to the national park. Margo is so kind and lovely. She helped us with the laundry, taking the bus, etc...Best Airbnb experience ever! I hope to return one day. Thanks Margo!

Little Green Datcha is located just outside the town of Akhaltsikhe, surrounded by beautiful mountains. You can walk from the house out on a smaller hike. 10 minutes drive, then you are the city, where there are clothing stores, good restaurants and cafes, shopping opportunities and a large impressive castle and fortress building. Next to Little Green Datcha lives the family that owns the house. They are sweet and welcoming. We could both talk a little, but also be to ourselves. The road to the house is not the best, but the hosts want to help their guests to feel in good hands. Go here if you want to experience Georgia's beautiful nature, warm warmth and hospitable people, as well as cozy city life. There is an hour's time for both Vardzia Cavetown and Borjomi.

A quiet and relaxing place, I recommend asking the owners for wood for the fireplace to make the atmosphere more pleasant.

This place is a real gem for a quiet getaway. The place had all the mentioned amenities and was super clean with premium furnitures. The view from the bed overlooking the river and the mountain opposite, was breathtaking. The area was covered with snow making it a picturesque scene right out of the postcard, with too much to offer. Giorgi was very responsive and provided the right information to locate the place and check in. You can sit on the patio with a coffee and stare at the view for hours and hours and would transcend into a terrific sense of calmness. Getting to the place is pretty easy, as it is a quiet neighbourhood. We had winter tyres and was enough to navigate through the receding snow for the last few metres to the property. The place is a must visit if you are travelling to Borjomi and want to enjoy the surreal beauty of the mountains. Last but not the least, Giorgi is super responsive and helpful and would add that extra touch of homeliness for your stay.

It was a very good experience staying at Lika’s house for our family. We felt ourself like warmly welcomed guests during the whole stay. The house has all the equipment necessary for cooking a great dinner. The nature outside is wonderful

Comfortable cabin with three bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy at check-in. And the house was settled for the New Year! There was a Christmas tree, and there were garlands. The hostess is very responsive and responsible, explained everything to us and showed us, and also treated us with delicious pancakes. The first night in one of the bedrooms, our friends froze froze, as one of the doors did not close tightly. We called the host and she gave us clear instructions on how to increase the temperature in the boiler. And also told us where the electric heater is. So our friends were no longer cold. Everything is fine with the house and the plot, but since we arrived in winter, one of the ascents to the plot was icy and very inconvenient to climb. But for the sake of justice, this rise is not the territory of the hosts, and there is a round about which to walk longer, but it is safer. Thank you for a good holiday!

Great house, very convenient with a car, there is parking in the yard! Inside is clean, very cozy and, pleasantly pleased, the house is very quickly heated and warm. Megi is very friendly, very quick to respond if there are any questions. The whole company was very satisfied, I recommend it).

Giorgi is an outstanding host - kind, supportive, and hospitable. The house matched the description perfectly: everything was clean, and each room had its own bathroom, also there was kitchen to cook in case of need. His mom treated us to delicious homemade cakes on the new year night, which were a lovely touch. They also have two adorable and friendly dogs. Giorgi provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and shop. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the summer! Thanks for everything!
