Apartment is centrally located in Mariefred's city center, close to Gripsholm Castle and Lake Mälaren's unique opportunity for swimming and boat trips. The train to Stockholm takes 40 minutes. The apartment has its own entrance from the yard. On the entrance level, there is a spacious hall and a large bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, toilet, two bedrooms and balcony overlooking Gripsholm Castle. Rented for at least three nights or more. In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!
