KAIWA NO SATO This old house is an indigo mansion built in the first year of the Bunsei era (1804) during the heyday of indigo. The main house and the sleeping area (a barn where indigo was stored) have been demolished due to aging, but the historic living room and garden have been preserved to allow guests to experience a little bit of that time, and it is used as a farmhouse inn. In the old days, "Indigofera" grew on the fertile land of the Yoshino River basin in Tokushima Prefecture, bringing great wealth to Tokushima Prefecture (Awa Province). Ancient documents on indigo, including cultural properties, are also available for viewing. The house was built just for dusk watching the sea and the sunset.Therefore, I apologize for the large number of stairs on the terrace, but I can never call it barrier-free.(I will do my best to help with my luggage, etc.) However, at the end of the high terrace, there is a glittering, calm and beautiful sea in Setouchi, and a kane-colored sunset that changes faces every day. Forget your time and enjoy the extraordinary. *We are currently not allowing pets to stay at the property. Please contact us before booking if you would like to use this service. The interior is accessed by climbing the terrace stairs.It is not handicap accessible. Please be sure to accompany small children or adults when climbing up and down the stairs. Also, on rainy days, there are many stairs, so it may be inconvenient. The road in front of the inn is not paved. Please note that this may be an inconvenience. There is a lot of nature around the inn, so there are definitely insects.Sometimes insects come in together when opening and closing windows and doors.(Especially at night, insects gather in the light of the inn) We are very sorry, but please refrain from staying if you are not good with insects.

The inn is Goodrich. Aizumi is a private rental accommodation in Aizumi-cho, a suburb of Tokushima. There is a famous Tokushima ramen shop in front of the facility. Handmade udon noodle shops are close by. There is also a convenience store close by. How about using it when you return to Tokushima, or when you travel to nearby companies or businesses? It is also close to Aizumi IC and Itano IC, so it is an easily accessible place. The 1st floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with a drying function, and toilet. The second floor has 3 single beds, The 3rd floor is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 semi-double bed (single futon). Enjoy the size of a suite and the price of a business room. Please be quiet as the facility is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and noise can be heard outside the facility at night.
