Our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed it. Nicolas's hospitality was very great. We were pampered with many extras and felt very welcome. Everything was as described and even more. At different times, the host checked to make sure everything was ok. There was a lot available in the accommodation. A group of friends or a large family, the home had things that accommodated every tenant. Nice, quiet area to take beautiful walks. We had the feeling of really being away from the crowds and being able to unwind. We are extremely satisfied with this in combination with very good communication. We recommend everyone to stay here, because it's really value for money. We are very satisfied and will not soon forget this weekend.

Nicolas had an amazing house! The surrounding nature was great and the house was fully equipped. We loved the gym and the dart room. Would definitely recommend!

A warm welcome and clear instructions. Our host was attentive and trusted. The house allows to accommodate a large group of friends or family when you like the dorm atmosphere. All the necessary utensils are there, with well-equipped kitchen. Design plans that make you want to come back.

I recommend it without a second thought, the hosts are welcoming, extremely friendly and always available. I'm not talking about this beautiful place, extremely exotic on the outskirts of Paris. You want to recharge, go there without hesitating!

Wow. The property is amazing. We were a group with age range of 9-84. A large group but we always felt we had enough space. The property is better than we hoped and it is so tastefully decorated with each room having it's own character. The grounds are huge with many walks. We fished, watched deer, red squirrels and birds. It is so peaceful. There is so much to do tennis, ping pong, swimming, canoeing, walks, billiards, badminton and relaxing. Every age was catered for. Sylvaine the housekeeper is on hand to help with anything (including boking taxis). It is close to Dormans which has 2 supermarkets, station and all the various shops you need. Most of our party arrived by train. It was an easy 3hr drive from Calais for the rest of us. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful answering any inquiry promptly. None us wanted to leave and the whole holiday for every age was perfect. There are already plans underway to return at some point. We all felt it was great value.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurence's place. Very warm reception at the place. The small house was perfect for us and also the pool and jacuzi were nice. Great opportunities for trips in the Champagne from there.

A perfect stay in a superb house, very well maintained, located in a quiet property with a very large garden. Line welcomed us with nice touches at the beginning of the stay (Thank you again for the fruit and the well-stocked fridge) Impeccable bedroom and bedding The layout of the house allows you to be isolated from the children once they are in bed and the quality of the house allowed us to have a great weekend with friends with small children. We will come back without hesitation

After a ski trip last year, we found an air bnb in a champagne village - it was lovely to break the trip home with somewhere more exciting than a few rooms in a motorway hotel. That one was too small for us all this year, so I was thrilled to find another in Severine's place. It was just lovely. Really, really spacious, so there was plenty of space for the little ones to let off steam (there was much joyful running around in the lovely garden!), and with all the amenities you'd wish for for an overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer, so we could explore the village too, but no time, sadly.... Hey ho. But a great stay. Would def like to do it again!

A big thank you to François! His house is ideal for a weekend with friends or family :) For a fairly humid weekend in May, François had heated the pool as well as the living room with the wood stove. The house is very nice, a large garden, a peaceful environment, spacious and bright rooms, brand new shower rooms and bathrooms, impeccable cleanliness. Francois was there to welcome us and give us all the useful information and recommendations for activities around. Our arrival and departure were flexible and allowed us to be more flexible in our organization. I can only recommend it, we'll be back :)

We had a great weekend. The villa was very clean and its interior was well equipped, so the garden with its pool and hot tub. We absolutely do not regret it, I would recommend it to my loved ones without hesitation . Host was very communicative, nice. To escape the cities and come and spend a little time in a villa is an ideal place

We had a great weekend with the family. Very nice house, tastefully decorated and clean. There were 12 of us, it was perfect.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay! the accommodation is impeccable, the pool really nice, and we enjoyed the billiards/ pinball/ darts ect! Philippe made us a good wood fire before we arrived, the accommodation was very hot and the atmosphere was very pleasant 🔥 Great hospitality, and really great breakfast with local produce. We were very well surrounded by our friends the animals 🐱 🐶 a real pleasure! see you soon. ☀️

Big house, perfect for our weekend: we were 5 couples and came by RER from Paris. Lots of champagne houses within walking distance of the house. Amenan is very responsive and accommodating!
