Vacation rentals in Airmadidi

I read many great reviews here in Airbnb before to book with Helmi and his family. It's usually a risk when you start with big expectations but definitely they surprised me even more. The guesthouse is clean and the room comfortable but the food..... the food guys is something you will never forget! I think his mother in law simply make the best bubur Manado in all Sulawesi, there where fish or chicken with plenty of veggies at every meal. impossible to leave hungry, maybe the opposite. I couldn't expect nothing more than this! I loved the stay with this great family.

Exactly what was needed, great location and all questions answered in a very timely manner

As how it discribed, this place is in a quiet and close to nature place, unlike most other hotels/hostels in this price range in Indonesia, you will get a stunning view of mt lokon just outside the window, and no hustle and bustle of motorbikes from the main road. Newly Morden furnished with everything you need for a room for basic living requirements are there. As this is part of the hotel, you will get help from both Sharon and her co host and their hotel staff, the staff are very helpful and kind. The host Sharon is very responsive and always answer any questions you asked, her co cost is very attentive and caring, making sure our stay is nice and pleasant. Sharon shares her inside knowledge of Tomohon with me which is very helpful when you come here for the first time and don’t know where to start. And her co cost took us for a day out which is excellent and very thoughtful. Although the location is not in town center, there’s a Korean restaurant next door and small shops opposite if you feel like some pot noddles. Bukit Doa is very close to where we are (5 minuets walk), but we also walked to town and Mt Mahawu (which took us around 4 hrs, the last 20 mins walk is very narrow and slippery). If you don’t feel like walking, the hotel offers transport to town and daily private hire with a very reasonable price. As someone who is used to the quiet English countryside, I find this place is one of the best place I stayed in Indonesia (we only travelled in Kalimantan and Sulawesi). Sitting in the lounge listening to birds and immerse yourself in the greenery nature around you or just taking a stroll in the countryside road (road here is in very good condition), checking what crops/flowers people have been growing and see what the locals do for a living. Once again, I really appreciate what Sharon and her co cost did for us, making our stay in Tomohon one of our highlights during our travel. Book this room and you will find a different Tomohon as others will just crowded in town breathing in fume and listen to the motorbikes constantly. And this is not a paid advertisement.

The house is just outside the hustle of Tomohon in a residential area. The villa is big with ample space in and outside. Michell is not permanently in the property as she lives in Manado but she i contacted very easily and helps out with everything. There is a very large garden which gives an open and relaxed atmosphere. In the month of august it is not always as quite as you would expect, prepearions for Independence day, an Islamic holiday, neighbour parties, Singing in the nearby church starting at 5 am. It all contributes to the experience of being in a non touristic environment. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small cozy room with everything you need and only 10min with the bike from the centre. Thank you for hosting me.

Very nice stay in Tomohon. Felt welcome in the house and were treated so nicely! Nice places to eat nearby, and we walked into town no problem, or easy to catch a Grab. Fergie helped organise some transport for us as well as hints for other activities to do :) recommended!

Wunderschön gelegene, sehr saubere und großzügige Unterkunft und schönen Restaurant und tollem Ausblick aus dem Aufenthaltsbereich. Wir würden es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!

Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber modern und sauber. Das Essen kann von nahegelegenen Restaurants bestellt werden und wird dann vom Personal ins Zimmer gebracht. Das Personal ist wirklich unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit via Chat in der App erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort. Was definitiv noch verbessert werden sollte: Organisation von günstigen Transporten z.B. zum Flughafen. Aber ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
