A 100% recommended place, it has everything you need for a nice stay, pleasant weather, good location... the photographs do not honor how beautiful and cozy the house is. Don Rafael is very friendly and was attentive to our needs. We hope to return with my family, thank you for having us!!!

Beautiful place surrounded by thermal water springs, the place is quite rustic, very nice to get out of the routine, if you want to disconnect with your family, it is the perfect place: the people who serve the place are super friendly and attentive, if you don't feel like cooking, I also recommend the delicious chicken soup, I would definitely come back, points to take into consideration: only one room has air conditioning, although at night it cools down a lot, the street to get to the place in this rainy season gets a little muddy

We had a great experience at the ranch. The place is very spacious, clean and perfect to share with family or friends. Something we value very much is that the access is completely paved, which makes it much easier to arrive by sedan car. The service was first class; David was always attentive, and Mario, who takes care of the ranch, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to relax and enjoy with your loved ones. Thank you for everything!

It's the second time me and my family spent in the beach house Sol y Mar, and everytime Douglas and his staff makes us feel unique and special. the house and the hospitality plus the communication is totally worth anything. we've tried other beach guest houses before but nothing compares to Sol y Mar. You have to try it!!!

Amazing Airbnb! We were worried because there were not a lot of reviews from other guests about the property, but it was amazing! The view was beautiful! Pool was clean, all the bedrooms were very clean along with the bathrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to help. We will definitely be staying again!

We selected this home based on previous reviews and photos, and were so happy that we chose it! Roberto, Eneida and Monica were so gracious and hospitable. We appreciated the connections that Roberto helped us with , to have our day on the lake with jet skis for a couple of hours from a local rental...use of the kayaks on site....and the boat was available for rental if we wanted to use it. We were able to order some delicious papusas one evening, thanks to Roberto's help and willingness to row across the lake to get our order!! We loved having plenty of towels available, for pool and bathing, without having to bring them along in our suitcases!! The Host has responded to previous reviews and has a new refrigerator added to a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen! We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the amenities available! Our family enjoyed a couple of peaceful days together here, and we hope to be back for another enjoyable stay~ Thanks for sharing this beautiful space!

The place was perfect for disconnecting. Everything is clean, surrounded by nature and with a cool climate that is enjoyed to the fullest. Luis was very attentive throughout the stay. I would definitely come back!

Ramiro has a beautiful place, peaceful and in a great location. Ramiro is a wonderful host very helpful and responsive to accomodate all request within minutes. We will return and will recomend it to everyone. This is a hidden treasure.

Recommended! It is one of the few ranches that offer more than 24 hours for the stay, you practically enjoy 1 night and 2 full days. The ranch is very neat and clean, direct beach access and the hosts are very attentive to your comfort... I would definitely come back!

It was a great little home on Lake coatepeque , host was very nice, I love the dock, I got to fish of the dock and we also had 2 kayaks available for us to use. Overall it was amazing stay and a lot of beds can easily fit 8-9 people

the stay was very good, I must emphasize that we loved how clean the pool was! we were able to enjoy it as a family, the rooms were very clean and all the air conditioners worked well, the house has distant areas to share so it is perfect to share with family, we really liked the living room and the terrace area facing the sea we had a bit of a problem with the bathroom, there was a bad smell that we could not decipher if it came from the shower or the toilet, we also had a problem with the lever but immediately they solved! finally, the kitchen needs to be closed as we found a little mouse in it

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s looks just like the photos. You feels right at home. The beach view is beautiful. The communication is really good, they work with me to meet my family needs. The person taking care of the house is great, Friendly, respectful and helpful. Overall we had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this place and definitely will stay here again.

1st location was perfect 2nd the house is beautiful inside and out 3rd and most import the housekeeper Theo was the best housekeeper I have ever dealt with. He’s attentive , answered every single question . He knew how to get anything or find u something . He was so nice and u can tell he really cares for the property . The stay is beautiful but he made the experience 10/10 . Definitely will come back!

We’ve been living in El Salvador for 2 years and this is the first place we’ve gone back to twice. It is simply a beautiful, peaceful experience. Being nestled between the beach and the estuary is incredible. The housekeeper arranged a boat ride through the crocodile preserve, as well as getting and cooking us the best fish I’ve had in a long time. Amazing place.

Most beautiful place on the lake, the garden feels better in real than on pictures. Beautiful views, very kind and helpful staff, very trustworthy. Got the perfect rest needed.
