The "House Helene" in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow was built around 1826, received an extension in the 1930s and was renovated and expanded in 2011/2012. It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and a terrace leads to a large garden, through which you can go if you want to reach the Baltic Sea. The property is fenced. Unsere kleine Reiterstube befindet sich in idyllischer Lage direkt auf unserem 200 Jahre alten Hof zwischen Ostsee und Saaler Bodden. Hier leben Katzen, Hühner, Pferde und Schafe harmonisch zusammen. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
