Vacation in the monument - only 400 m from the water. Built in the 1930s, the Oberförsterei von Rieth am See was located in this house until a few years ago. The house has been lovingly renovated and today exudes an atmosphere that is second to none. The sauna is located in the thatched former horse stable in the park-like, 5000 sqm garden.

In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m².
