Super Host. The host provided exceptional and highly helpful service. Following an island-wide power outage on December 31, 2024, resulting from the blackout and Xavier, the host swiftly relocated equipment and installed a commercial-grade, silent generator within hours. This rapid response was truly impressive. The house was exceptionally clean and peaceful, situated in a very quiet area. We plan to return soon.

If you are looking for an easy location for a trip to Salinas this is it. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Within a mile to more dining, grocery and activities. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Great spot to get away from everything, kids had a blast at the pool. Host were great checked up on us to see if anything was needed.

Very comfortable and clean place for a group. Had everything we needed, including a power generator (we stayed while the island had a power outage and had no real trouble). Host was very responsive and kind, had no trouble checking in or out. Close to supermarkets and pharmacies, overall an excellent experience.

The house was fantastic! Love the shared open patio with trees great shadows and sea brease. Beautiful sunsets view at the sea horizon! Rooms, beds and air condition were very good. More of enough towels, pillows and furniture.

Our stay was beautiful! The place is perfect size for our family. Everything was clean, stocked and well prepared for us. Alfredo was great explaining directions, giving us instructions for check in and check out. He is very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We came to stay near by our family and it was perfect! Everything we needed was less than 10 mins away from us. I am very familiar with the neighborhood as I grew up there and this was absolutely perfect for us! We cannot wait to come back next time we visit our family! Thank you so much Alfredo!

The patio and pool are wonderful. There is not a lot of cooking tools I.e no baking sheets or measuring cups. If you are looking to prepare meals you will need to bring or buy disposable baking items. There are many roosters in the area which did make a lot of noise throughout the night. Hector was available to quickly answer questions & home owner was accommodating to our need to possibly cancel.

Beautiful and cozy place. I went with my family to spend my birthday weekend and I couldn't have chosen a better place. All super clean and organized. The pool and recreational areas are perfect for the whole family. Maria was in constant communication. An excellent place to spend time as a family.
