We had an amazing experience during our stay in the apartment! The space was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and sights, plus a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped, making our meals easier. The host was attentive and available whenever we needed. I recommend this apartment for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Studio-type apartment (small footage), but for 2 people it is ideal. Impeccable cleanliness (it even smelled clean). Very quiet (no noise from the street). Fully equipped apartment (I didn't miss anything). I needed to extend the check-out and Reginaldo was flexible. In addition to all this, it is necessary to talk about beauty. Everything is very neat... attention to details that make all the difference.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has all the amenities and was very clean, in addition to having beautiful views. The hosts are super nice and gave us restaurant and market tips in Monte Verde. We had good moments of rest and I recommend it for those looking to be more in the midst of nature.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

Rodrigo's house in Joanópolis was one of the best accommodations I ever stayed through Airbnb , communication 1000% , the house is identical to the photos all in extreme good taste . All impeccable suites in bed , bathroom , air conditioning , etc . To close with a gold key, we hired the appointment of Rodrigo and Dona Odete the cook and the Dona Elvira auxiliary and organizer of the space made a total difference the tranquility they provided us, apart from the fact that Dona Odete's food is incredible , so for you who are reading, be sure to include this convenience in your stay !!! Farmhouse in a very safe and quiet gated community. Beautiful mountain views at sunset. Superbly equipped house, with barbecue, pizza oven, several refrigerators, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, clothes, dryer, swimming pool, umbrellas, many tables, good quality TV and kitchen set up in the house and in the leisure area.

I loved the apartment!! It's worth every penny. It has 2 bathrooms of excellent size, super well-equipped kitchen, service area with washing machine and iron. My son lives in Campinas and always stayed in hotels. Now I'll just stay in this apartment.
