A house on the beach in Aguas Belas-Caponga. It has a leisure area with a 45m3 swimming pool. A very pleasant place. Large and Beautiful Garden, house with electric fence around the wall, Wi-Fi and security, It is 300 meters from Águas Belas Beach. Four air-conditioned en-suites. Deck with barbecue and social bathroom, shower and balcony. Aguas Belas, with its "mau cozinhado" river, has beautiful attractions where the river and sea meet. The house has recently undergone a renovation with painting and is in great condition.

If you are with friends or family, we have an extra guesthouse with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The Chalé Aconchego Mineiro comfortably accommodates 8 people. It has a beautiful private pool, fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. There are two en-suites, both with air-conditioning, a double bed and a bunk bed. We also have Wi-Fi and TV. There is also a large leisure space with a swing for children and adults. Pets are welcome. We only ask for ambient sound so that everyone can enjoy this wonderful place with peace of mind. It is 250 meters from the sea, on Águas Belas Beach.
