The experience at Alessandro's apartment was simply fantastic. Super cozy, beautiful and tasteful place, differentiated in terms of decoration. The location, in the Indianópolis neighborhood, was perfect due to the proximity of the mall, fitness center and restaurants. Secure parking and easy to access. The facilities in the apartment make the experience even more amazing, with a gas oven, microwave, minibar, air-conditioning in the room, TV with access to the most used apps and a good Wi-Fi network. We would definitely return.

Functional, well-ventilated and well located apartment. It has kitchen items and the fan is very powerful, making it easy to sleep at night or working in the apartment during the day. Ok bathroom with hot shower. This is the second apartment that I stay with the same host and all maintain the same standard of quality.

Impeccable apartment with everything we needed. The very cold night with a perfect leisure area for my family, by day the apartment does not get hot. Parking right in front of the apartment and super easy to access. Television in all rooms, bathrooms clean and with hot water. Comfortable beds and sofa bed good to sleep a few nights. We missed a coffee strainer and locks in the bathrooms, but this did not affect our stay at all. We had everything we needed at our disposal, either inside or outside the condominium that actually has a wonderful location. We will rent again on other occasions. In relation to the host, super helpful and available person, they pass security every step of the way.

Extremely clean place, organized and an inexplicable peace, new furniture, clean bathrooms. Impeccable air-conditioning, wonderful TV, had Netflix, new apartment. New cutlery, glasses and appliances, and everything working. Wonderful bed and sheets and very comfortable bed. Josy is wonderful, extremely attentive to us. Quiet neighborhood. I recommend it, you'll love it. Everything was unforgettable. Congratulations Josy.
