House vacation rentals in Aglantzia

Christina’s house was just perfect for our extended stay in South Nicosua. It’s on one level, very spacious, traditional style with a modern twist, great location (as well as our 6 year old daughter we had our : 3 month old son in a pram and needed to get around on foot easily as well as in the car), gated property which felt very secure and private with sun terraces to sit and relax on. Coffee shop, sushi bar and great car hire place literally at the bottom of the road. There was everything in the house we needed for a stay and Christina and Loukia we quick to help with any recommendations etc. Really it ticked all the boxes for our particular stay and was so much better than being in an apartment! Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

A well positioned spot very close to the Ledra (the main restaurant and shopping street in the Old Town). Surrounded by a number of derelict and abandoned old building but that is very much how the Old Town is and it actually adds to the atmosphere. Spotless house with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Lovely quality linen and towels. Steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom which could be tricky for older visitors to get their suitcase up there. Well appointed and equipped house - highly recommend.

I stayed in this place under exceptionally cold weather conditions, so I could not make use of the outside spaces, which looked really nice too. The apartment is spotless clean and has plenty of kitchen equipment. Location: it is close to one of the arteries going into the city which is really convenient if you rely on public transport (bus 41).

Konum olarak gayet güzel bir noktadaydı. Evin tüm bölümleri tertemizdi. Şehir merkezine ve kafelere yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen bitişiğinde ufak bir marketten tüm alışverişinizi yapabiliyorsunuz. Gülcan hanım çok nazik ve tatlı bir hanımefendi. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Cyprus! The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk or drive from local shops. The apartment was very clean, had everything I needed, and was modern, with a cozy feeling that made it feel like home.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

It was a lovely stay! The house was exceedingly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Also, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood 2 km from the city center and around 300 meters from the park where you can go walking, running or have your kids play there. There is private parking just outside the house.
