Apartment vacation rentals in Agios Tychon

The apartment was as described, very nice, well maintained, very clean, best location right on the beach and very quiet. Everything necessary was available, nothing was missing. A highlight was the bed with a very comfortable mattress and even orthopedic pillows were available. We felt very comfortable and spent a lot of time on the balcony as well as on the beach, which is mainly visited by locals. There are very good restaurants in the area, within walking distance where you can eat well at fair prices. We had a rental car to explore the island and the location was very good for it. The communication with Elif went smoothly. We highly recommend the apartment.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — you can tell the host cares. It felt like a second home. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place with soul and comfort.

This apartment has everything you need for a medium-length stay: washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc. My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks, and it was the best option for us: quiet place, close to a walkable area (near the beach), close to the bus stop to the city center (bus #30), a good grocery shop nearby, and a coffee place. We did miss some things like a dishwasher or a soft night lamp near the bed, but those aren’t essential. Overall, it's a good apartments to stay.

The location is unbeatable: just a few moment from the beach and promenade, perfect for morning walks and sunset strolls. It’s also conveniently close to fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing a car. This small studio has everything and very practical. Very clean. Bed is big and comfortable. Little bit noisy from the road but it's ok. Host said everything about it. Very good location near to the beach and very good playground ( we have a small child). Market and many restaurants near. Host is very friendly and helped to solve some problems

Great place, great host!

The apartment was perfect for us. It is well appointed but not cluttered. The furniture and fittings are excellent quality and tastefully arranged. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the island or walking down to the beach for a dip in the sea. For us it had the added bonus of being close to relatives. Although you are aware of road noise from the A1 when you first arrive this diminishes to virtually nothing when you close the front door or are enjoying the exceptional views from the balcony. We would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending others to do the same.

I stayed here alone for about one month. The apartment is perfect for a couple or one person. It has a spacious and comfortable bedroom, a cosy living room with a sofa, a kitchen where you can make food, an okay bathroom, and a balcony with a lovely sea view. Pluses: Only a five-minute walk to the beach. Private, locked parking space. Minuses: When I arrived, the floor could have been cleaner, and there was still a can of milk in the fridge. Recommendations for owner: Improve the cleaning, get a vacuum cleaner for the apartment, get more kitchen appliances, and install chairs and a dining table on the balcony. Overall, it is well worth the money, and the owners are very helpful, but there is some improvement potential.

The apartment matches the description. I liked that both bedrooms are exactly the same, which is rare. The apartment has everything you need for a short and long stay. Close to the property great beaches. The apartment has sensors that limit the operation time of the air conditioner and boiler, which was not always convenient. However, the bedroom also has a ceiling fan. I found it nicer to sleep with the fan than with the air conditioner. I would love to come back to this apartment again. Beatiful view and peaceful location, the overall penthouse was clean, only the outside area needs a little bit more improvement. Host was very helpful and quickly responded to our queries! We had an issue with the hot tab, but fortunately we were able to find a technician and resolved the problem!

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

We loved staying in Liubov’s apartment. We felt right at home there. We stayed with 2 children and they were overjoyed having a children’s room and plenty of toys. The apartment looks even better than on the photos and the location is perfect. Thank you for being an amazing host and we would love to come back and stay there again.
