In the bedroom with the double bed there is a closet ,siphinier,bedside tables,air conditioner. In the bedroom with the single beds there is a closet,bedside tables,siphons. In the single space -kitchen in which the entrance is also there are table,chairs,refrigerator,electric kitchen,toaster, coffee machine,... sofa , living room table , TV with internet, wifi access, cabinets,office,air conditioning. In the hallway outside the bathroom there is a washing machine, a pistol,chairs for outside.

In a clear day you may even see the closest of the Cyclades islands. The house is situated in a property filled with flowers and trees, where you can always find shade in a different magical place every time. It is in a very peaceful and secluded area of Kavos

The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Με αυτοκίνητο η χωρίς, απέχει 300μ από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου και την παραλία και με δωρεάν χώρο πάρκινγκ.Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένος χώρος, με νησιώτικο στυλ και όλες τις ανέσεις ώστε να έχετε μια αξέχαστη διαμονή! Στις παροχές επίσης υπάρχει παρκοκρέβατο και καθαριότητα κάθε 3 μέρες. Καλάθι καλωσορίσματος για τους επισκέπτες μας.

Πέτρινη σουίτα 10 μόλις μέτρα από την παραλία . Πολύ μεγάλα παράθυρα για να απολαμβάνετε την θέα Θάλασσα , εξωτερική πέργκολα με καθιστικό και τραπέζι . Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλύτερα τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

Summer Guesthouse

Summer Guesthouse is part of a private farm resort featuring two houses available for guest accommodation, plus my own residence. Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the three houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.

It is a newly built maisonette of 60 sq.m. where on the ground floor is a kitchen, living room and dining room and on the 1 floor is the bedroom and the bathroom. It has amazing views to the Ag. Petrou from both of its terraces (bedroom & living room). It is just 3 km from the port and 500m from the provincial road. Ag. Petrou beach is located 500m from the house and on the area there are taverns and a bakery station.
