House vacation rentals in Agios Panteleimonas, Athens

Vasileio (and his family) were very good hosts, reactive and helpful. One of his daughters showed us around, explained everything well, very freindly. They even had the sofa beds prepared for the kids as we arrived late. The house was really well equipped and clean. Would recommend it to stay there. Thanks for the Lemonade !

Maro's house is very pretty. We felt very comfortable. We had a lot of space as a family with four children. The amenities are very good. Especially beautiful is the large pool overlooking Athens. The house is ideal for a quiet place to stay in Athens. It takes about 30 minutes by metro, but you live very quietly in the countryside. Maro is a wonderful host. Communication is fast and straightforward. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. A Perfect Getaway – Luxurious Stay with an Amazing Indoor Pool! I can’t say enough great things about our stay at this incredible place! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful home, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. The highlight, without a doubt, was the indoor swimming pool. Whether we were enjoying a morning swim or unwinding in the evening, it made the entire experience feel truly luxurious. The home itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gianna went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay, providing thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

We have a brilliant time at Nikkos’ lovely villa. It’s quiet, private and the pool is wonderful. It’s really handy for Vari and other places on the coast but you do need a car. It was the perfect retreat for us. Nikkos is such a friendly host. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We would like to thank Nikkos for a great holiday!

Beautiful home as described in pictures. Ms Lila is available for anything you may need. Cleaning service is there every morning and will do your laundry and iron as well. Would stay there again

Everything was fine, quiet and clean.

This is the second time I stayed at Homer and Isabella's place and I will definitely come back! The hosts are very friendly and open to communication; the place is spacious, modern, and clean; and the location is ideal for anyone who wants to walk to Athens' main sights and be in a lively area.

The place is ideally located if you want to be close to the airport or want a peaceful place in the countryside to stay while exploring Athens. Marcy and George were so kind and helpful - not only with rides to the metro station and help organizing take out dinner but also sourcing and supplying all the baby gear supplies we needed for our infant. It was very very appreciated! The apartment has everything you could need and the hosts left a few treats for us as well which we enjoyed. Thank you both for everything!

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Thank you Rachel, we’d definitely stay again!

Aris' place is very nice. Upon entering the house, you felt comfortable! The garden is so chill and it was perfect for us location wise as we have family living in Peristeri! Aris was always available and communication was impeccable! It'll be our first choice again next Easter!

Home was as described. Beautiful design. Quiet area. Very clean home. Close to the super market, coffee shops, souvlaki shop, and the beach. Highly recommend.

Good place to stay when working at the Research centre

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which was exactly what we were looking for. Amazing location next to Filopappou hill, which meant very easy access to all the major historical sites. Also in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent restaurants and cafes. We would definitely go back!

Lovely and charming home🏡 Our stay was amazing and peaceful. The Host is friendly, nice welcoming and very helpful and available for any information or concerns if needed 🫶The house is located on the very top of the hill and gives you a very nice view of Athens’s neighborhoods, and in a very sunny clear day you can spot the sea in far distance 😉. It is so relaxing to sit on the terrace enjoying your favorite glass of wine 🍷 or coffee ☕️ in the mornings. The nearby neighbourhood offers you market for groceries and also food deliveries 👍. The home location is not for walking distances towards shops …you will need a car to move around 🥰 We will definitely consider this charming home in our next visit to Athens 👏🏻🫶🥰😁
