Nearby (3 km) are shops + restaurants that offer German + international cuisine. For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

The apartment is located in the center of Rösrath. Only 20 km from Cologne. On the ground floor of an apartment building is the almost 36 m² apartment, facing the main street! Attention, the MAIN STREET is busy day and night! An ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities around Cologne and the Bergisches Land. Bike tours, hiking, sightseeing, shopping, visiting trade fairs or just visiting friends/family. Everyone is welcome and will find what they are looking for.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. Between the Cologne Bonn Bay and the Bergisches Land you have many opportunities to enjoy your vacation. Hikes, bike rides and excursions to Cologne/Bonn are possible by car or bus and train. Phantasialand, Aqualand, the Cologne Arena, the monkey and bird park, and the Lindlar open-air museum are just a few destinations from beautiful Neuhonrath, which can be reached in approx. 30-45 minutes.

Pure tranquility: Our apartment, newly built in 2018, invites you to a relaxing vacation in the countryside, as well as to quiet evenings after stressful working days. Hiking trails, forests and dams offer wonderful views and excursion destinations. Bonn/Cologne 32 km; shops 7 km Important: Absolutely no smoking; pets are not allowed due to animal allergies. For bookings longer than 7 days, weekly interim cleaning of the apartment will be carried out at a price of €30.
