Charming three-acre property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, with a sandy beach and a cozy local harbor. An 80 m2 apartment with an open living room/kitchen and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect, including windows painted with linseed oil, oak timber framing, paper wool insulation, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are important to us, so we optimize raw materials and resources for future generations.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Cozy apartment with sea view in Lohals

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest bathing area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good bet. Here are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. During the summer months there is every weekend music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Sofa bed available in small room.

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Huset har 180 graders havudsigt, to soveværelser, badeværelse med brusebad, indendørs pejs, overdække terrasse med grill og kort afstand til sandstrand. Vi har vand på to sider af huset - og kig til lyset på Storebæltsbroen om aftenen. Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund med et rigt dyreliv og en stemning, der indbyder til afslapning, vandreture og familiehygge.

Huset ligger ugenert i et lille sommerhusområde. Der er gode spisemuligheder på Agersø kro, samt ved havnen. God købmand med åbent hele året.
