Superb villa with pool in the heart of a palm grove. It consists of a large living room with living-dining room and open kitchen overlooking the pool and the palm grove, a children's room with a 70cm x 110cm bed, a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. An outbuilding with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with WC and shower. A pool cover including an outdoor kitchen and dining room. No air conditioning.

Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
