Vacation rentals with beach access in Aegean Islands

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

The living and kitchen space was very comfortable, and the outdoor deck overlooking the port and beach was huge, and a favourite of ours to watch the sunset each day. The dining table is outdoors, so on cool mornings and evenings we needed to dress for the temperature. A great location and plenty of street parking around. It was a 5 minute walk to the port and the heart of Parikia.

Great apartment in a quiet area, but a minute's walk from the sea and an area with many bars overlooking the sea. 10 minutes from the old town. Apartment with small terrace with excellent sea view (2 chairs and coffee table), pleasant especially at night and in the morning. Another very large covered terrace with a tent, which is also equipped with a barbecue. The apartment looks good with all comforts. Practical and pleasant stay. Host punctual in responses and suggestions. Very appreciated. Car parking available on the neighboring streets but always a maximum of 2 minutes from the apartment. We 4 of us (two adults and two children) had a great time taking advantage of the large space available.

This was a great experience. The place was clean and spotless. It felt good from the very first moment. Above all the co-host Stematis was outstandingly helpful - always responded immediately, even when my requests seemed excessive, he never complained and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. Sara and Giovanni are exquisite! Beautiful stay, fantastic area. We had a great time, the restaurant is a gem, you can eat divinely. In the evening, by the pool, sitting at the restaurant, there is a magical atmosphere, a peace for the senses. Our little girl fell in love with the pool! We'll definitely be back

Absolutely fabulous penthouse apartment with a magnificent terrace and wonderful views. Super beach literally just across the street and close to a range of local restaurants…… can’t recommend enough!!😀

There were two of us in the apartment for 9 days. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, the sea within sight 20 m away. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Check-in is totally easy, Armin's instructions are clearly understandable. Armin is a great host who responds very quickly and also gives good tips and information.

Thank you so much to Dimitris who is an excellent host! Available, great tips, friendly and anxious to make our best stay in Agia Pelagia. The accommodation perfectly matches the listing and the location is perfect, the sea is within walking distance very quickly and all the shops and restaurants are at the foot of the apartment. The place was clean and well equipped for a week. The small balcony overlooking a parking lot where rental cars are stored is very nice and allows you to spread your laundry in the sun without inconvenience. The value is excellent and Dimitris even offers to change the sheets and towels after 5 days and offers you fresh fruit, water and juice upon your arrival and during your stay! Everything was perfect, we are very happy to have stayed here and to have met Dimitris, thank you again 🇫🇷🇬🇷 Celia & Arnaud

The home was just as pictured. The views are enchanting. The hosts had lots of helpful tips for the area and good recommendations for restaurants! We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

We felt like at home in Yiannis. The house and kitchen are well equipped. Yianni's mom gave us a lot of welcome gifts, fruits, vegetables, cake, wine, beer. In between, she came by, cleaned our terrace and brought us sweet particles.Yiannis and his mother 🥰 also looked after us very well. We were there out of season and had a focus on hiking and getting to know the area. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and great scenery, this is the place to be. I can also imagine that it is very nice there in the summer, there are many tavernas, most of them had too when we were there, but in the season you can certainly spend a nice and relaxing bathing holiday there. It is also worth exploring the nearby surroundings, the nature there is beautiful and you should also respect it.❤️

As described, the house is less than 50 meters away from the deserted and very nice pebble beach. The water was still incredibly warm and crystal clear in September. Every morning was wonderful swimming and then a relaxed breakfast on the terrace with great views directly to the sea ! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seen ! I would always recommend the accommodation even if the house and furnishings are now a bit outdated. There's a minimal minus point here. From the relatively busy main road where the house is immediately adjacent, you get almost nothing on the terrace . Really a very nice place and the location with the direct access to the sea and beautiful terrace I would like to highlight again. The always quick and quick help from landlady Karolina was also great👍🏻 😇! If I will travel to Rhodes again I would definitely choose this house again. Thank you Karolina 🤗

Perfect place near the beach. Quiet but can walk to the beach and multiple restaurants and small shops in 1 min. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Helped us with transportation, recommendations, and work with us leading up to the trip. 100% recommend staying here!

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Nikitas' and Eva's apartment during the low season and can only agree with the many other very positive reviews. The two are very polite and friendly hosts, you felt directly like with friends. We were completely surprised that there were welcome gifts and goodbye gifts for us again when we left. Everything was honest and cordial. Once again, a big thank you to Nikitas and Eva for this wonderful week in Nikiti and the surrounding area! We will be happy to come back.

The service was excellent!! The receptionists were great! And the bar tenders were the best!! Great vibes great drinks and food!!
