Modern Sunrise Apt w Private parking

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful little town right in the strict centre of everything. The building is practically the only "new" one in recent times surrounded by gorgeous classics and lovely green parks on both sides with the bigger city park just a few steps away. The apartment itself is super bright with huge windows which gives you the feeling that you're living outside among the trees. It's a truly comfortable place and even offers private parking a lift ride a few floors lower :)

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

A modern terrace is showcased, featuring a rock garden adorned with various greenery and colorful flowers. Black lounge furniture is arranged in a casual seating layout, providing an inviting space for relaxation under a pergola. The wooden decking adds warmth to the outdoor area.

"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.

Amazing! Špela is a wonderful host - very warm, loving and welcoming. I felt right at home at her place. The whole apartment is impeccably clean. The location is great, the neighborhood is very safe, calm and it is within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city center. I wholeheartedly recommend it and if I ever go back to Maribor - I will definitely stay at Špela’s.

Great location for visiting the city of Maribor on foot. The hostess was really helpful and gave direct directions to find the apartment and the parking spot. Having a free parking spot is one big advantage. Knowing iIt has an espresso coffee machine Dolce Gusto helped us have the right capsules before arrival. Thanks for everything Simla!
